Wish they acknowledged customers waiting to order in person while they are busy attending a long line at the drive through. Same $$ coming in that’s waiting in cars so why the difference in treatment?
Customer service isn’t for everyone but the management can do better in training the staff.
It’s not like your products are cheaper than rest of the places so do better Starbucks staff.
Today’s visit was very disappointing because the young lady with tattoos on her right arm name Hannah looked so MISERABLE that her negative energy was reflected on her face and now passed on to our food and drinks.
I smelled racism but I am gonna let it go because it’s already unfortunate she can only work as a barista so I will let it go.
No, please, no thank you, no I appreciate your patiently waiting… just pushed the bag towards us and turned around and walked away. Very classless!
I do expect exceptional customer service from Starbucks employees. Perhaps it’s time to lower expectations.

I love starbucks so much! I go there once a week if not more. In fact I used to work at this starbucks and it was a wonderful experience. Making drinks was so much fun and being on drive thru and interacting with all the customers was super amazing and all the workers are so sweet and kind and helpful. #strawberryacailemonadelighticenoberriesforlife

I’ve never been to a Starbucks that plays the music as loud as this one, it’s to a point where it’s obnoxious. It’s not fair to those trying to get work done. In order to communicate with those I was with I had to pretty much yell and then the music kept cutting in and out so the entire establishment would end up hearing me.

Just spoke to someone on the phone at this location regarding my mobile order that I never received (the entrance was blocked due to snow and store wasn’t open) I asked for assistance to get a refund and she had a very nasty and rude tone / attitude. Didn’t have the corporate number or email when I asked for it after saying she wasn’t able to help me with a refund and to look it up myself or try to find in app. Very unhelpful and extremely rude. Sounded relatively young or in college. Train your employees better Starbucks.

each time I come here, Tim, the younger male with dark hair and glasses, is always extremely welcoming and sweet. He remembers my name and I always leave this location smiling if he’s working, please take good care of him! You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does.

Customers can choose to use the convenient drive-thru or dine indoors, as there is ample seating available. While the store entrance can be a bit tricky to navigate, patience is advised. Plentiful on-site parking is provided. Be sure to try the new Cherry Chai beverage.
