They treated our DoorDasher with disrespect, and when he confronted the manager, she walked off to the back after he was telling her how it was. The drinks were good though.

Me and My Husband Ordered Subway For Dinner and Had It Delivered To our Home. We Ordered 2 sandwiches And 2 Cookies and My Husbands Sandwich Had Bugs All Over It. So we Call Subway and Talked With Christian And He was Nice And Professional and Gave Us His Manager named Sheila’s Number. So we Call His Manager And All She Said Is that we Would Have to call Her Manager Kim the Next Morning, So i Called Her The next Morning and she Acted like I was lying and said Well There is No bugs here. Well There was Last Night And She asked For me to Bring the sandwich Back to the store which I ordered The night Before And i told Her I couldn’t because it was in the trash and i was at work and She Gave Me Her managers Named Candance number So I called and She didn’t Answer So li left Multiple Voicemails Over The day and Still haven’t Responded I have Never Had such Poor Communication. All we Had Requested was For my Husbands Sandwich to be Refunded Because he Didn’t Eat it For Obvious Reasons.

Jonathan did great. He really stayed calm and collective even though he got slammed right when I showed up to pick up my online order. Unfortunately I had to wait for 20 minutes because there was only ONE EMPLOYEE. I’m just wondering why the hell y’all don’t have any other employees working at the subway.
