The ladies working were really great. It was super busy because it was lunch time but they were really nice and helpful and knew what they were doing. Food was delicious, place was clean. I was very happy with it and we will be back again. Also shout-out to the lady who knew that mayo and Italian on my sandwich made their old creamy Italian sauce. Thank you!!

I had a party of 5 which was a mobile order. We ordered 30 mins early which we had thought was plenty of time to make 5 sandwiches but boy were we wrong! Not only were all of the sandwiches messed up but we waited and additional 30 more minutes just for our sandwiches to be sloppily put together and UNCUT!! Completely absurd and we HIGHLY suggest no one go to that location!!!

I was refused service at the drive up window and was told “I told you a couple of weeks ago we don’t take orders at the window”. I haven’t been to Subway for well over month if not more and it will be much longer before I go again ,if ever.
It was spur of moment stop get a quick meal, I had my dog with me, plus I wanted to pay cash.
If this is going to be a Subway policy please put a large sign in the drive up!

I’ve been working in this area from out of state for 3 weeks now, and I’m on the Keto diet. I’ve had breakfast here nearly every day. I have had non-stop excellent service and food, with friendly and helpful staff. There’s a lot of 1-star babies in here relying on tech, which is just silly.

Extremely understaffed, the 2 girls that were there couldn’t stop talking long enough to do any work. Tons of customers in the store, tons walked out. I waited over 30 minutes for my online order after already waiting the 20 minutes in the parking lot. Ridiculous.

Ever feel like a restaurant is purposefully messing up your food? I ordered a pizza. Get to work no toppings!!! Since I’m at work I call my bf have him run the pizza back and exchange it. Now might I add the people working this particular shift look like addicts. Just throwing that out there. He brings it back with the original and guess what? IT IS BLACK! The crust was burnt black and completely inedible. I will stick to making my own sandwiches I guess. Curse of being stuck in a small town.

Food was good, service was friendly. Ice had nasty black mold all in it. When we showed the associate she said that they knew but there was nothing they could do about it till a maintenance worker came to fix it. It shouldn’t be in service till it is fixed. Makes me wonder about the rest of the restaurant.
