Often visit this Subway since I live in the area. First time coming in the morning for a breakfast sub, older lady I haven’t seen before working and so rude. Came in about 8:45 and I felt like I was such an inconvenience… honestly almost just walked out. I will never be back here for breakfast, would rather come in the evening when the youngsters are working sad that they have better customer service than and older woman.

Husband went to pick up our order went to drive thru since we ordered online thinking it would be ready. Nope all three workers were standing outside smoking. Finally came in made the order and we got home there was hair all in one sandwich. Immediately called let them know that i was on my way back to bring the full order back and wanted a full refund. They had no care in the world no apology nothing. No wonder it’s always slow.

Came in at the tail-end of a conflict between the workers and a customer regarding the bathroom and letting a little girl use the restroom (the little girls guardians were in the process of ordering and the worker was saying that they couldn’t use the bathroom unless they bought something, which was what was actively about to happen as they were preparing food for them). The worker had the owner on the phone trying to reinforce the “no bathroom without purchase” policy. It escalated once the worker started asking permission to kick out the customer and call the police, but tried to kick out the only other black patron (who had nothing to do with the main person the worker was addressing). The main customer very adamantly stated they had nothing to do with each other. It was so abhorrent to witness, I left and started writing this. I’m wondering what version the owner heard of this ordeal. I would think part of the process of a restaurant would be distinguishing party size and what orders are separate. On top of that, maybe some racial sensitivity training is due as the display of lumping all black people together and trying to kick everyone out because of that one singular person is disgusting and extremely racist. Im not entertaining the idea of eating at this particular Subway. Whoever needs to be dealt with, this happened 01/21/26 between 1:30 to 2:00.

Walked in, said there would be a wait i said ok no problem, i then asked for the code to the restroom said must purchase 1st i said ok. So i ordered, purchased they didnt mention the code so i couldnt was my hands before or after i ate… thank God there is a qt just down the st and i keep baby wipes in the car so i clean the crumbs off my hands after i ate. I will now go out of my way to go the other subway a couple miles down the road.

The last subway I used to go to kept getting my order wrong so I was like screw it, this one is a little further away but I’ll go there because hopefully my food will at least be made correct. I was so wrong. Ive been here 3 times now and they made my food wrong every single time. The crazy part is I get an extremely basic sandwich and nothing else, so how they mess up every time is beyond me. I honestly think they purposely make my sandwich wrong because I don’t tip, but I don’t tip, because I have yet to have one correct order .

Went to drive thru starving and was told I needed to come inside the store to order. He said it would be awhile. I said “a how long is awhile?” And he got an attitude and repeated himself. I said well “How long will it be?” He was angry and said 5-10 minutes. Sounded like he was yelling at me. I just drove off. I wouldn’t trust him to make my sandwich. Never going back! Bad Vibe!

Just came to get an order at 1034pm on Sunday August 10th. The guy inside told me I couldn’t order anything bc they are closed. I thought he was joking bc I order here at this time often. He said they close at 1030. I said really what days? He said everyday. I asked why it says they close at 11pm on the door and he said it is the latest the doors are open. So I said so can I order a sandwich he said no they are closed and they already broke everything down. He said they can’t make sandwiches after 1030pm. Lmao. He clearly just doesn’t want to do his job. Hope the owner sees this. I wonder how much money this guy is turning away bc he is too lazy to do his job properly. I’d be pissed if I owned this place and caught my employees turning customers away 30 minutes before closing time.

Apparently they refuse to give you what you would like and now “portion” control your toppings. Despite paying almost $13 for a sandwich. Would not recommend this subway. Also, they always charge a meatball with pepperoni as a boss, instead of a regular meatball with pepperonis which cost you a $1 more as the boss has cheese. They also try to charge all grilled chicken as a pro, despite not having the extra cheese or no cheese at all which costs a you $3 extra dollars. Advocate not to get ripped off.
