I LOVE this new all you can eat sushi spot by the beach. We’ve been needing one here for a while. The rice to fish ratio was on point. The portions were nice. We prefer smaller portions so you get to try more. Lots of choices and we love the Korean dishes as well, they were delicious. The service was great and the atmosphere was nice. I like that they had the music on in the background. Also, they’ve changed the price to $26 from $34 per person and they also had buy one get one half off prices on beer and sake. There is an eight dollar up charge if you want to get sashimi, but I think for the price that’s reasonable and if you don’t want that, there’s plenty of Nigiri choices.
Go support or new local ayce sushi restaurant!!!
P.S. forgot to get pics of the sushi!

I didn’t get the all you can eat. I got a bulgogi beef bowl and it was not what I was looking for. The meat was cheap sirloin and not the usual ribeye. It wasn’t seasoned well. The lettuce in the bulgogi bowl was very offputting. The kimchi and rice were good.

I should have expected this. It’s an all you can eat spot. If you’re going there to just fill up on food this place is probably pretty good. But if you’re looking for quality Korean cooking. This is not the place.

I came here for lunch with a coworker. Their current lunch pricing is $20.99. It’s well worth it. Unlike other local places they have specialty rolls available in their lunch menu as well. I was very excited to see a roll that had the lemon slice and salmon combination, if you haven’t tried a roll like it before do yourself a favor and give it a go. I will absolutely be back. I’m really excited to have a quality AYCE sushi place here at the beaches.

I had high hopes for Saiko Sushi & Korean, thinking Jacksonville might finally have a high-quality all-you-can-eat sushi and Korean restaurant. The space itself is actually quite nice — clean and inviting, with a relaxed atmosphere that makes a good first impression. The servers were attentive and had positive attitude. Unfortunately, the food doesn’t live up to it.

The sushi rice was undercooked and had the wrong texture — slightly hard in the center and lacking that slight stickiness you expect. While the fish-to-rice ratio was reasonable, the fish quality was clearly not fresh or premium. The rolls looked fine but tasted flat.

The Korean items were even more disappointing. Most of it felt like simple blanched home cooking with minimal seasoning. The egg rolls and gyoza seemed store-bought and lacked crispness or flavor. The only things that stood out were the Korean salad, kimchi, and spicy radish — which were genuinely good but also the easiest things to get right.

For the price, Saiko just doesn’t justify the “all-you-can-eat” appeal. You’d get better overall quality (and satisfaction) from ordering a few good dishes at a decent izakaya or sushi bar. It’s a nice place to sit, but the food simply doesn’t match the setting.

Saiko Sushi has quickly become my go-to spot for a consistently delicious meal. The restaurant blends Japanese and Korean flavors beautifully, offering a wide selection of sushi rolls along with classic Korean dishes. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and has that “eating in Japan” vibe thanks to its clean, stylish décor.

The sushi selection is excellent, and my personal favorite is the Sky Roll — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly put together. Their bulgogi and spicy pork are also standout dishes, tender and well-seasoned every time. The staff is always friendly and attentive, which makes every visit feel welcoming.

Overall, Saiko Sushi is a reliable favorite with great food, great service, and a menu that keeps me coming back. Highly recommended!

Saiko Sushi is hands-down one of the best sushi spots I’ve ever been to. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and staff who actually care about your experience. The service is quick, attentive, and friendly without ever feeling rushed.

The sushi itself is incredible—super fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Every roll feels thoughtfully crafted, not just thrown together. I highly recommend trying their specialty rolls—they’re unique, creative, and honestly addictive. The ingredients taste high-quality, and you can tell there’s attention to detail in every dish.

Portions are generous, prices are fair for the quality, and the whole experience feels worth every penny. Whether you’re a sushi lover or trying sushi for the first time, Saiko Sushi is the place you want to go.

Fresh food, great vibes, and amazing service. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I visited during the soft opening of this new all-you-can-eat sushi spot, and overall it was a great experience! The dragon sushi roll was fresh and flavorful, while the miso soup and gyoza were warm and comforting — a perfect start to the meal. The white rice and glass noodles could use some improvement in texture and consistency, but since it’s a soft opening, I’m sure they’ll work out the kinks.

The real standout for me was the beef bulgogi — perfectly seasoned, tender, and packed with flavor. Honestly, I’d come back just for that. I’d come back for the fried oreos too… they were the right combination of sweet and crunchy.

Overall, the staff were friendly and attentive. I had at least three servers helping with the food-runs so I appreciated the food coming out quickly. I look forward to trying this place again after its grand opening.

Here’s your review translated into English:

> I recently had dinner at Saiko Sushi & Korean Restaurant. First of all, the warm hospitality from the staff left a strong impression. The sushi and sashimi we ordered used noticeably higher-quality fish compared to other restaurants. At other places the price might be slightly cheaper, but the sushi and sashimi slices were very thin — whereas at Saiko the pieces were nicely thick. We also enjoyed several Korean dishes that came along, and the whole group of friends I went with were very satisfied with the meal. * Which dishes do you recommend : It was Sushi & Sashimi. Not miso soup.
