My husband and I used online ordering twice and both times the orders were wrong. When we called to tell them it was wrong–both times–they didn’t care. Why did we go through this twice? Because sometimes people/restaurants have bad days. I now know this is the norm. The employees clearly expressed they don’t care about our business so we will not go back to this location. Very disappointed.

What happened to the old staff? Went tonight and it was ridiculous. We almost just walked out. 4 people working, we were the only customers and it took forever to even get acknowledged! They seemed very easily distracted and it took so long for 2 sandwiches. Sandwich was not as good as usual, they skimped on a lot of the ingredients. 6 pieces of turkey for a foot long?
