Ordered through the app about 6 sandwiches. It was on the weekend when everyone was snowed in. Went to pick it up from the store and Connor immediately and angrily stated that we would have to wait because he had a crazy order for like 20 sandwiches, it was our order for only 6. Asked about the combos because we weren’t sure if it came with chips as well as a cookie and he said there was nothing he could do to help. Was weird and aggressive the entire time and kept complaining about our HUGE ORDER and then when he was supposed to give it to us he sealed it in a crazy amount of stickers even tho we were going to check our order. Figured it was weird and he was aggressive for no reason except us literally just being there, but whatever so we just left. When we got home we realized that literally every single sandwich was completely wrong, some had the meat missing out of it wrong toppings, ect. Tried to call the store for a refund but he picked up then immediately hung up, tried calling back but he disconnected the phone line. Mind you everyone in our group has worked fast food so we are very understanding of bad days but this goes far beyond that. This employee was hateful and bad at his job for literally no reason. Not a single person in the group was ever rude or impatient in any way.. absolutely would never go there again and will be reaching out to corporate at some point regarding this.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a subway. The employee that built my sandwich didn’t listen to what I wanted and tried to push other toppings and sauses on me. It appeared she had no idea what she was doing because she put my sandwich straight on the cutting surface and had to use multiple papers to wrap it up. When she wrapped it up she smashed it and put a bunch of sause I didn’t ask for on it. It looks disgusting and I don’t feel like I had a choice in my sandwich. Worst subway in Broken Arrow avoid at all costs.

I Wish I could give zero Stars. I have tried this location twice now and both have been terrible. The first time I got a teriyaki chicken and the bread was completely stale and drowned in sauce and brown lettuce. I thought id give it a second try a few weeks later. Order philly on a “wrap” which he put on a flatbread. When he was putting on my sauce I told him to stop and he just kept going. I asked twice for him to stop. The “wrap” was drowning in sauce. When I took a bite, the flatbread itself was hard as a rock old and broke in half when I tried to bend it.
They need to just shut this place down.

My wife and I went here today for lunch. The lady behind the counter told my wife their toaster oven was broken. The only way to get a hot sandwich was put it in the microwave. We decided to get cold cut sandwiches. The bread did not seem very fresh. The sandwich I got was at best ok. I went into the restroom it needed to be cleaned. I won’t be going back anytime soon.

I did a mobile order and had it delivered to my house. I asked for light (or less) peppercorn ranch and when I got my sandwich, ranch was leaking everywhere. I’m not sure that the point is the give the option for less sauce when it’s not followed.

My friend and I just ran by to grab sandwiches, we got back home and my friend’s sandwich indeed had a BUG INSIDE of her sandwich. I’m very disappointed this is disgusting and could get so many people sick. ( you can see the bug on the lettuce)

Customer service was great the sandwich artist took his time didn’t seem like I was bothering him he was also engaging in a conversation with me which I think is great. Coming from a former manager of subway I use to train franchise owners in Milford CT. And I look for small things like that I’ve always felt if you engage with the customer and you make their sandwich look great you’ll have a customer for life. Subway is a great place and I believe it’s depends on the store if it becomes successful between cleaning, customer service, and managing inventory are key factors. It only takes one time for a customer to say hell no. It that has a trickle effect so I definitely give this store 8/10 definitely will be back

I ordered 2 meatball subs online and when I got home the meatballs were ice cold and sandwiches not toasted. I tried to call and let the store know and got a modem noise and they hung up never was able to contact anyone. Please refund my order.
