Service was bad! Got told they didn’t have some meat of the subway club so I told them to just add extra turkey since they where out but didn’t get told I was going to get charged extra… I used a 8.99 coupon and price ended up still being 14! 4 dollars for extra turkey and wasn’t told I was going to be charged extra… and when employee asked manager how to ring it up she started yelling loud and doesn’t help that I stood there for 20

Bad service, and they open late because there isn’t much business early. You arrive at lunchtime and they don’t have any bread, which takes 3 hours to be ready.

I came in after open and waited patiently for a few minutes which I didn’t have an issue with. I said hi the lady working rolled her eyes snapped at me and said “at least let me finish setting up please!” And disappeared again. All the other enid stores are very nice except this one. Might as well go anywhere else if this is the service I receive. If I could give 0 stars it would be Zero.

Was very upset at the fact that they were out of almost every thing for all sandwiches. Plus still charging the full price for our sandwiches. Spent a little more than $70 bucks on four footlongs. The one guy working tried apologizing. Yet the other guy was basically saying you get what we have and be happy with it. I’m not going back to this location ever again. So sick of the price on food. Us the way you employees talk to customers. If I hear this type of behavior in my company. That person would be fired on the spot. People forget that if customers stop eating out. All the fast food companies would start closing.

I tried one of the new menu, because I couldn’t find my favorite on the menu. Was surprised by the spice. It was good, except for my recent ulcerated colitis diagnosis. Just another item that is in my personal do not eat list. Would recommend to someone else.

Worst location in Enid. Employees Shawn and melonie have very poor to little customer service. While ordering our food more people walked through the door and I heard melonie make a negative comment about the rush of people. Our food was ready to be paid for but instead of cashing us out the employee walked back to the food station and starting taking and making another customers order while we just stood there. We Tried using a coupon and melonie refused to type it in for us. Said we have to place our order online. At this time it was 8:45 and online ordering stopped and we wasted our time trying to pay online. I tried asking Shawn to honor our coupon and he said he wouldn’t. We went to the car and I called another location who told me they can honor the coupon on the pos system. I went back inside to tell Shawn that the other location said they are able to honor the code. When I walked in Melonie was eating our sandwich on the customer line and Shawn got rude and said that he’s not honoring nothing and raised his voice saying I was rude. I asked to talk to a manager and he told me there wasn’t one. When I left I called the other location and got information to contact the store owner in the morning.
