I definitely don’t recommend Panera because they don’t do what you ask them to do and they do things their own way. I had previously ordered bread, bought it, and asked them to heat it up, but they didn’t. A friend had heated it up before and was actually helpful, but the current employee isn’t helpful and I really didn’t like this situation. I definitely won’t be coming back.

I went to this branch of Panera bread on August the third and I was served by a lovely sweet lady named Beverly. Not only was Beverly helpful, but she also helped us with a smile plastered on her face. She insisted we take our time and not rush stressing upon the fact that we are customers and she’s glad to help out. She let us take our time and did not rush us or huff. We accidentally ordered something wrong and she insisted on correcting our order without letting us pay a single penny. Besides Beverly’s amazing service, the food tasted great. The bread was fresh and soft, the soup was warm, and the coffee was great. I think this is one of the best branches there is if not the best. Their coffee beats any other coffee shop any day any time. I will gladly come back to this branch both food wise and staff wise. Everyone was great including the manager! The manager was sweet, for he heard us out when we voiced our appreciation towards Beverly. Everyone was great in this branch. It seems like everyone loves their job when the community itself is great. I totally recommend coming here and eating because you’ll be served warm fresh food with a smile !

There was a piece of hair in my breakfast sandwich… nobody is wearing hair nets or something to prevent hair in food. Super unsanitary, one male didn’t have a hat just with hair in front of his face looking like he just woke up.. I understand things can get busy with a rush but everyone should have at least hair nets since it is a restaurant.. just very gross.

Food is almost always good. Atmosphere is generally clean.That said, when someone scheduled a pickup for 10:20 and the staff put it out at 08:50, then pulled it to the back and left the customer sitting at Rapid Pickup for an order that was 20 minutes late, maybe offer an apology to the obviously upset customer instead of flying in with snark under the guise of customer service byetting loose an obnoxiously loud, “Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas,” to that customer, and only that customer, as they walk out the door. Entertaining yourself just cost you this new, local, potential customer. Then again, it’s your business – maybe your current customers pay for the snark. I surely don’t.

I love the food here and come very often both mornings and afternoons! The service here is really good and the employees are great and sweet! But, there’s these women named Luisa and Alejandra that always seem to ruin my mood. I observed that in the mornings, Luisa seems to act like she is the manager when she really isn’t. But when I come in the afternoons Alejandra is just a nightmare. She always has an attitude and is a very rude woman. I don’t usually give complaints because I know how hard it is, but Alejandra is just always rude and a huge gossiper. She doesn’t seem to be a good coworker by how I see her glaring at people. One time I ordered food and got the wrong sandwich and asked her to remake it, after she remade it, she basically threw it at me with attitude. Overall, the other employees are very polite, but I would really appreciate it if the managers would ask them to change their attitudes!

Huge huge shout-out to the General Manager of this store. Our online account was hacked and somebody tried to do a pickup order from this location under my wife’s name. The GM noticed that the situation seemed off and did not give the order to the gentleman and then called to let us know what was going on and refunded the fraudulent order and showed us how to reset everything so this wouldn’t happen again! Absolutely outstanding and shows so much for how the top of the store runs this business!!!

I love this location a lot! The employees are really nice and I came here after going thru a hard situation in a diff store and the staff really touched my heart through their service They always work so hard and are so nice. This Panera is the best Panera!!

Had a pick up order, receive a text message that the order was ready. When I talked to the worker he said it gage a 1:13 pick up. So I couldn’t get my order until then it looks cute from the outside, definitely chaotic on the inside.

Convenient location in Gaithersburg Square. It is clean, staff are quick. There is outside seating area with few tables and couple umbrellas. They tend to run out of things towards the end of day. One time had no bread bowls, the other time ran out of baguettes. So if you go for later dinner beware that options may be limited.
