If you want subway go ahead and pick a different one than this one. They are rude and charged me for extra bacon I didn’t get? Everything was okay until we got to the check out and there was another order laying down and I showed my boyfriend how cheap they got the foot long sandwiches for and she immediately said that’s not yours and they used rewards to get them that cheap and that maybe next time I should use the app. first off go ahead and step outside and say that to me. Next, I have the app and all the deals yall run are ssa and don’t offer any sandwiches I like OR I would use it, nor does any worker ever ask if I would like to use my app or scan. I was charged 33 dollars for a foot long, a six inch, and a bag of chips. hows that add up? oh also where’s my extra bacon? to me it only looks like 2 peices?

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway on Hefner. I visited on Thursday last week and ordered a sandwich with avocado — but the avocado looked old and even had some mold on it. The two girls working there didn’t seem interested in making the sandwich properly or fixing the issue when I pointed it out. The store also had too many flies, which made it feel very unhygienic. I’ve always liked Subway, but this location really needs to improve its cleanliness and staff attitude.

I’m shocked that a chicken and bacon ranch wrap and 2 cookies cost $19. I haven’t been to subway for a while and I’ve been a long time fan of Subway but this is just absurdly overpriced. The people who work there are great and nice and I’m sure they don’t have any say of the pricing. I don’t often get immediately upset this easily over food but this is an exception. Can’t recommend eating at any subway anymore.

For three generations my family has enjoyed Subway as a go to for a sandwich craving. For years it has been a staple of our journey. However, this location has decided to set a new low standard that came at us too fast and way too low. The $13 “bowl” was only half full and maybe a tablespoon of meat. The spinach was old and had turned black and soggy. One turkey was to have bacon and had none. The other turkey was supposed to have double cheese and had 2 slices. The footlong that looks like just the bread was supposed to be a buffalo chicken. Lastly, the double meat has shrank down to barely the minimum acceptable for a normal amount of ham. I know I’ve read how hard Subway has been hit both by the pandemic but also corporate changes but this is horrible. I’m sitting here thinking possibly this was for humor or maybe it’s supposed to be a set up for a new horror movie but I would have appreciated the heads up in advance so we could’ve considered our dinner choice. The longer I stare at this sad excuse for meals it leads me to believe that Subway has decided to push their customers away on purpose to bow out of the sandwich game in the most horrific way possible. Not only should you be ashamed, you should feel embarrassed.

Online order, steak & cheese on Toasted Italian Herbs&cheese bread. The 2 ladies behind counter didn’t put any effort into it. Bread was so DARK like damn near burnt …Called store, manager said you can bring it back …Lady it’s 7 o’clock at night, I dont live close by ..plus I’ve already tried to bite into sandwich but bread was too tough. What are you going to do, save it, sell it to next customer?!! I said I’ll call back in the morning speak to another manager. People they Suck, don’t WASTE your time/money!!!

I place my orders through the subway app and my order is always ready within 10-15 mins after placing it. Fast service. Nice & friendly. Clean inside and outside. Food is always great as well.

Ordered from this store online, tried to pay, said payment failed. I thought I put it in wrong , did it again and it went through. A few minutes later they both went through, so I paid 100 bucks for 4 sandwiches…went in because their phone was busy and they told me the system is down and they aren’t responsible for online orders. They never received my order they said …so I am out 100.00 and they won’t do anything, waiting for the district manager to return my call

Well on 01/19/2022 it’s about 20 degrees and the store didn’t close for another hour and I had to place and order on the when with the cold air blowing my face and hand just for me to get a sandwich that suppose to be the rotisserie chicken bacon ranch. But all I got is a dry barely toast sandwich with no ranch, no cheese, and no bacon. So I’m just disappointed and it’s too cold to drive back out there especially after I got off work so. So again this the worst subway I been too in okc and this isn’t the first time by order was made horribly
