They couldn’t add turkey to my sandwich because they “already baked it.” Make your kiosk more user-friendly if you can’t edit an order from the window. Won’t go back if that’s how they are with customers.

The steak sandwich supreme is extra large and it’s not pounded to make it larger like a lot of the restaurants do. I’ve tried all their food which is excellent but the steak sandwich supreme I like the very best. They give excellent service and food is made at the time of the order and it’s also extra hot. If your extra hungry come here and you won’t leave hungry! ( Not stingy at all with the food that you’re paying for)!!!

I was given food poisoning from these guys in a chicken bacon ranch. Then the manager laughed at me over the phone and said I was a liar, when all I wanted in return was for them to say we will fix that. Looks bad on subway and that manager is a little man.

Was charged $12 for a sandwich that was clearly marked $10.59. When asked, they had no answer and just said “sorry…” sandwich was okay, but not worth over $13 after taxes.

Well on 01/19/2022 it’s about 20 degrees and the store didn’t close for another hour and I had to place and order on the when with the cold air blowing my face and hand just for me to get a sandwich that suppose to be the rotisserie chicken bacon ranch. But all I got is a dry barely toast sandwich with no ranch, no cheese, and no bacon. So I’m just disappointed and it’s too cold to drive back out there especially after I got off work so. I don’t go to subway as much as I used to mainly because I only get the veggie sub and there’s hardly anything on it and mainly just bread. I came in for an online order around 4pm today. This was the best one I’ve had by far. Perfect amount of veggies! Thank you guys!!

This is the slowest Subway ever. I did a take out order through the app. Went to pick up and the doors were locked. So had to go through drive thru. We had to 15 minutes for the one and only car to get their one sandwich. This isn’t the first time we had to wait an excessive amount of time for a couple of sandwiches.
