Wow this place is seriously overpriced! My burger was relatively small for $11.99. The fries were about $5 and very nearly identical to a name brand frozen variety you can get at the grocery store. Food was actually pretty good tasting but burger was too salty and more like fried and crispy instead of grilled and juicy like I was expecting. I guess the most frustrating part was spending a LOT for a little. There are no extras for the premium price you pay. Water is room temperature tap, no ice. Tables don’t even have condiments or napkins. Ketchup is generic and available at the counter with napkins. Didn’t see any option to get ranch with my fries which would have made them better. Also, once you start eating your burger there is no were to set it down between bites. I know it’s weird but if you’re a slow eater and like to chew then you have to make your own napkin plate because the wrappers they come in our itty bitty. There’s no royalty points, coupons, values/meal options. Everything was a la carte. Total bill was over $30 for 2 burgers and 2 fries no drinks. Just about every other burger joint I’ve been to has a better offering so this experience at ShakeShack was a first and last for us.

We came in and sat down and after a couple minutes realized we had to go up and order. When we got up there we realized we had to do it on a computer and I was with a person with learning disabilities and I didn’t have glasses. We got through it with the pictures since they were big. You can customize each item for well done or add something to it etc. The only thing I wish is that I knew we weren’t getting handed our drink right away. I was thirsty waiting for the food but I suppose they would have givien it to me if I had asked. All that being said my burger was perfect and delicious. Fries were crispy. Grilled cheese was good. She saved the hot dog so we can update later but it looks good. My burger was well done and perfect and slightly crispy.

While everyone’s raving about the in n out that just opened in Washington, I am here indulging in Shake Shack.
I don’t often crave burgers or fast food but I will have to admit Shake Shack is pretty solid. Their food taste fresh, not greasy at all, with crispy fries. I always enjoy having cheese on the side to dip it in because why not. This is my go to place after a good paddle board session.
This isn’t worth a long wait though, but they have the option to pre pay your food so you can do a pick up order. Their shakes are pretty good too, but I try my best not to order it cause calories lmao.
The shake shack app does have daily coupons to apply to.

We’ve had Shake Shack before when we were on vacation in California a few years ago. We finally got a location in our town and decided to come by since it’s been a few years. It was super busy and lots of people were standing near the door for their food, kind of blocking the entrance. There are 4 kiosks to place orders at to the left of the restaurant and 1 person at the counter taking orders. We chose to order at the kiosk. Ordering process was easy. Wait was a little long, but understandable since they recently opened and they were busy. We chose to sit outside. Waited over 20 mins for our food. While we were waiting, one of the crew members came outside to ask if we wanted a couple of ice waters. She was so nice and friendly. The customer service was great! The food was good. Our burgers were flavorful and fresh! Will definitely come back again to try other burgers.

I wish the review portion of Google had a “Value” category. It’s the only reason I gave it 3 stars. Food was great, service was fantastic, and the new place is nice…but nearly 30 bucks for a burger, fries, and a drink. Wow. I dined alone, and I find that just a bit too high and not in line with my idea of value. Not when there is an In-n-out going in soon with a more reasonably priced menu. Burgerville is now a bargain at this price point. I had the smoke burger, a double. I also hand a small portion of crinkle fries with cheese and bacon bits, and an iced tea/lemonade. With tip, my total was $27. As I said, burger was really good, not the biggest crinkle fry fan, but they were decent, and the drink was as expected. Went on opening day and the vibe was positive and the door greeter was super cool. In order for me to be a regular, they need to take a look at maybe offering some $$Incentives or deals. Too much competition around with better prices and quality burgers.
Update: Went back a few weeks later to see if I could get my meal for under 20 dollars. Ordered a single bbq burger, regular fries, small ice tea. Order came to just over 20 dollars. The burgers themselves seemed to be priced somewhat reasonably and within local prices for similar, but it’s the drinks and fries where the bill stacks up. When their competition rolls into town, and we all know who that is, people are going to flock there.

We went here a few days after it opened. The line was out there door but it went really quick. Max 10min. Once we ordered it took probably less than 10min to get our food and it was super hot and fresh. I don’t really understand why some of these reviews are so harsh. I don’t know some of yall think this place is- it’s not a 5 star restaurant, it’s shake shack. It’s a fast food chain that just opened their first location in Vancouver. Give them a break, I guarantee everyone there was doing their best. If you got the wrong order then yeah that sucks but again- look at the circumstances. Yeah they didn’t have some of the special items other locations do but that’s actually a normal thing especially at a grand opening. A lot of the first reviews are based on their grand opening. It wasn’t just another Tuesday or Saturday. So keep that in mind when reading a lot of these reviews. THAT being said… Shake Shack is bussin, eat your fast food and stay kind.

First time here, had seen the reviews, both positive and negarive and decided to try this place. Downloaded the app, which has some benefits to it including discounts on basic stuff like regular menu fries, drinks and shakes, as well as a one time promo for 20% off first online order,
So I took advantage of that, with my order being a K chicken sandwich, K bites, onion rings and a coffee shake, the shake ehich would normally be over 8 dollars was 5 though the app..
Now, including the discounts, and promo the total came to about 29 dollars, and, where I have to agree with reviews on both sides.. the food is good, but worth the price for portion size? Nope.
Also had some hope for their house sauce, the shack sauce, but it turns out to be what tastes like lightly flavored mayo..
So kinda disappointed there.
A good side is that they had the order ready quickly and had just finished bagging it when I entered. So pickup was quick

There’s a brand new shake shack in Vancouver, Washington. They just opened their doors two weeks ago. And I decided on this
sunny warm Thursday afternoon, to brave the lines and try some of their burgers.
I ordered their shack burger with bacon. (bacon cheese burger) A shack stack. (burger with a battered fried portobello mushroom) A chicken shack. (chicken burger) Some spicy fries with ranch. (didn’t receive ranch) And a cookies and cream shake.
Way too much food, but I wanted to do a taste test for several of their menu items. I started off with the chicken shack. It tasted okay, but I feel like it needed a spicy mayo option.
I was excited to try the shack stack. But it too tasted just okay. It wasn’t seasoned very well. Yes, the mushroom had cheese filling, but that didn’t really help a whole lot.
The spicy fries were a disappointment. Some of the fries were actually spicy. And others were not. Some of the fries were fried and crunchy. And some of them taste it like they were microwaved. In my entire container, there was not one fry that was longer than one inch.
The cookies and cream shake was top notch! It’s an excellent shake. The cookies were crushed up small enough so that none of them got stuck inside the straw. The shake had good flavor and good consistency.
The best burger was the shack burger with bacon. And if we’re being honest, it was the bacon that lifted this burger. Because just as with the shack stack, it was not seasoned very much.
My son, whom I shared half of every burger with, thought that the chicken shack tasted the best. (He also ordered a shake that he thoroughly enjoyed. But I don’t know what flavor) Afterward, he noted that everything else tasted like glorified mcdonald’s. My total cost for 3 burgers, 2 fries and 2 shakes, and a 15% tip was $63.16. Totally not worth it. We both agreed that on a scale from 1 to 10, shake shack restaurant is a solid 4.
We were able to walk to this restaurant located right across the street from our apartment. I suggest that if you know what you want, then order it online so that you don’t have to stand in line, waiting to order.
I think I would return for the shake in the future, but that’s probably it. I have visited shake shack before. In Beaverton, Oregon, a few years ago. And I remember at that time, everything tasted overly salty. Nothing was overly salty today, but it all lacked flavorful seasoning.

Better than I was expecting. Long lines for today’s grand opening, but the service was fast and friendly. The greeter at the front did a great job making us feel welcomed. Good, and interesting, variety for a fast(ish) food joint. We only ordered the Shack burger and the Shack chicken. We preferred the chicken, but will go back to try more.

They always good tasty burger!
But also, the Kiosk never have gone through with Promo codes. I had attempted 3rd times, but never. Eventually, I had to go front or online order.
There is so much possibility to pay more than you think. Just little advice.
