I don’t know if it was the manager, but I’m never coming to this subway again. There was a female that was genuinely sweet and respectful. She had Black and red hair with piercings. She made my wrap PERFECTLY to corporate standards. Idk if she was new but she whipped out the laminated “sandwich instructions” thingy and followed it perfectly. I had asked for some chicken and she told me it would cost extra. Totally fine. Asked her to instead of making my wrap a burrito to just fold it like a taco / gyro. After the manager (or whoever was at the register) asked what I got from the employee, she (person who made my wrap) was berated. Despite me paying double for the wrap and the employee making it exactly how I asked, she got berated. I literally felt awkward and SUPER uncomfortable. I even explained to the manager that she made it exactly how I had asked and she still kept harassing the employee. I paid double and then felt bad for even asking for extras despite paying for them. It was a Latino employee or manager that was being CRAZY rude and told her she shouldn’t do exactly what corporate has told her to do. The employee was awesome. DID EVERYTHING BY THE BOOK! The manager or whoever was at the register was awful. NEVER going there again despite the wrap being super tasty and made PERFECTLY! Genuinely a disgusting power trip in front of a customer paying double for them getting exactly what they had asked for and it being made perfectly. Gross.

My boyfriend got me a sandwich on Thursday around 12 or 1 when I was at work for lunch. And it was just a simple ham and cheese sandwich with mayo and lettuce. Around 9 pm my stomach was in a huge painful knot. Turns out I started getting sick and was throwing up from 9 pm to 6am. Over a simple sandwich that poisoned me. my appendix was inflamed for two days worried its going to burst and have been in a lot of pain. Health department needs to come do a walk through and check your products because thats the only thing I ate that day. I will never eat subway again anywhere period…for years ive been eating at subway. Nope.. not anymore..

Aubrey’s sandwich artistry needs profound improvement, for lack of a better word the sandwiches were mid. I would go a little heavier on the sauces but all I am saying is constructive criticism goes a long way.

I ordered a 6inch sandwich on Sunday, September 21 at 3:50 and found bugs in my food. This is unacceptable. Staff did not handle it properly, and I will not be returning. Health and safety should be taken seriously.

I had the big Philly steak and cheese and I could only eat half of it, but it was, as always, a very nice put-together sandwich for a big man such as myself and my brother. We ate in the restaurant and the employees were very polite and professional as they always are. I’ll be going back there for a long time. I’ve never had a bad Subway experience. Great place to get full and I will always have a good thing to say about it. Thank you Subway for boosting my appetite in every aspect of good dining. Plus, it doesn’t put a dent in the wallet. Good food and very affordable to boot!

I was frustrated with the overall experience as I placed a mobile order and they couldn’t find it when I arrived. The team tried to help but ultimately told me I would have to reorder and the mobile order would refund. Unfortunately, it did not, so I was out the money for my mobile and had to pay for my food there. The team tried to be friendly about the scenario, but it still affected the overall experience.

It’s a shame yall have customers sitting in the drive-thru window for over 10mins with nobody acknowledging them. Especially when I pulled to the window right after an order was made so the window lady saw me closed the window and walked off. The customer service of the new bigger lady yall have in there is horrible. I’ve seen her a few times and she always has an attitude.
