Ridiculously good meat from this food truck off Sunset Blvd in St George… I’ve had lots of smoked BBQ including one of the most respected in Texas, and this place is as good as the best. Went on 3/23/23, and the brisket was perfectly cooked. Rendered and juicy. The rib sample was also top-notch. Will be back to try more. I’m so excited to have this here in the area!

Yikes- What has happened with Luds/BBQ ? Been coming here since opening when we are able to get to St. George and its been awesome- Great melt in your mouth brisket, yummy sides, side and great prices- What I received yesterday as a two meat plate was just a complete let down across the board.
When I was handed the stryo box it felt very very light, I open it to see why and wow very meager portion sizes, sides almost invisible and I am looking at some kind of overly fatty rib sections that were underdone without any real sear. Also my hot link was not in the tray so I got that sorted before I left. Advertised as a hot link but this was just cold summer sausage slices to me- No heat. Brisket was so overcooked- The normally great cheesy potatoes looked like small cut hash browns or macaroni- Just odd- Beans were watery and there weren’t many of them- I hope this is not the new normal, if so I will avoid this joint moving forward- Bummer –

Wow just wow this place was amazing. We saw Joel Hansen do an eating challenge here and had to head up that way to help a friend and decided to go check it out and grab a bit while up there. We ordered the brisket sandwich for 4 people who sll over it. We got the two meat (ribs and brisket) two sides (mac and cheese baked beans) which my husband loved. I got a full side of their chicken which was phenomenal. We had been moving furniture all day and this meal energized us to go back for round two and finish the moving. If you are in the are this is a must try. I traded a piece of my chicken for a bite of my husband’s brisket and wow I could have devoured a half pound of that on my own it was so buttery good. Great people working there as well they were so awesome and so nice, we will be back next mouth when we come up and we will stop in mutlpe times for this bbq goodness. Thank you so much for the great food.

YUM!!! The ribs and brisket were so flavorful and tender. Perfect amount of fat dripping from the juicy smoked meat. The baked beans were amazing as well!! The staff were so friendly and they gave us a pretty big sample to try while we were in line trying to decide what to order. Everything looked so good! We will definitely be back!! (In the parking lot just South of Kneaders)

Absolutely delicious Ribs and pulled pork but the Brisket Nachos were the star (we got a small portion, the full size is much bigger) The employees are absolutely delightful. I would recommend to anyone who loves BBQ!

About time St.George gets an excellent barbecue place!!! The smoked brisket was tender and delicious! The chicken was off the hook! Gluten free friendly and amazing staff! I was amazed at how quickly we got our food 10/10! We will definitely be back!

Stop what your doing right now and go get the most flavorful brisket nachos you’ve ever had! The portions are HUGE! The meat is smoked perfectly and the pulled pork sandwich was yum! My only complaint is that they aren’t 24hours

Hands down the best BBQ spot not only in town but West of Texas & Tennessee. Great grub & better yet awesome staff. In fact, I’m here now getting a gift card for a co-worker & a bite to eat. The only rub is I can’t afford to eat here 7 days a week or I would.

My daughter and I ate at Big Luds BBQ today. Can I just say that all the hype of it isn’t quite accurate. It’s sooooo much better than what you’ve heard!!
I love BBQ so I got the 2 meat plate with ribs and brisket. The meat was so tender it fell right off the bone and melted in my mouth! The beans were THE BEST I’ve ever had and the baked Mac n cheese will please the pickiest eater! My daughter got the loaded nachos and they were so dang good!!
My only regret is that my stomach isn’t big enough to fit all the deliciousness inside! The portions are generous for the price paid. Money well spent!!

Best meat around!!! Brisket nachos are the bomb. Ribs slide off the bone. My son said the pulled pork sandwich is the best meal he’s ever had. Will be back tomorrow. Yori is the King!!!
