Wow! Blown away by the excellent customer service from this location! Our sandwiches were so hearty that it’ll be lunch tomorrow too. This is definitely our preferred Subway in the city.

Hey everyone!
I always feel like the Subway atmosphere is lacking in color and depth, as well as feeling small and confined.
Yet, this location is the only Subway that never made me feel sick after eating.
The staff here had always been super kind and efficient at this location.
It doesn’t get enough business for the good quality of food here.
I love the veggie options here. I do wish they had more sides. Maybe Subway could offer up baked beans and pasta salad or something besides chips?

I ordered ahead on the app for curbside, and it took me 15 minutes to get to the store. When I arrived, the app said my order was ready..
But they hadn’t even started it.
There were about three other customers inside the store, and it still took twenty minutes to get my food out to me in my car. I ordered two foot long subs! Thats it! The guy making my sandwiches took forever to make them, I was patiently waiting in my car, and I watched him stop working on the sandwiches to talk a few times.
When I finally got my food, the employee that brought it out to me apologized for the wait and said they had been slammed. If having more than two customers in your store at a time means you are being slammed, then you need more training.
I’m not sure if I’ll be back to this store in the future. I stopped here because it was close to home and I was coming home from a 12 hour shift. Wanted to get my dinner quickly, but that sure didn’t happen tonight. ♀️

Second Son and I were the fourth customers in line, but there was hardly a wait. Our orders were taken quickly and made fresh, and the service was friendly and professional. I think that from start to finish (walking in to leaving) was no more than seven minutes. Tops. Excellent service! During the lunch rush is, unfortunately, the time frame we have access to Subway; however, we’re always treated respectfully, and the wait (if there is one) is nothing to complain about. Highly recommend.

Grossest place ever. Someone behind the counter had a sun dress on with her breast falling out of it. She was slurring her words, and keep saying I’m not supposed to be here in the first place. Her hair was not put back and she was all over the sandwich materials with with her hair not pulled back. The other two workers just wasn’t even engaged. I ordered two subs and not one was right. If you are going have workers under the influence in inappropriate dress, I’ll will never stop for into a subway again. This store should either be restaffed, or shut down. The worst subway ever. I asked for corporate number, and she slurred she doesn’t have the number.

Went in to visit my brother and noticed he was the only person doing his job. He had 3 online orders, and a coworker sitting in the back not doing a damn thing. Her name was heather, she was on her phone, no hair net, sitting on some counter im pretty sure food is prepared on. I was baffled, two other people came in, a black lady on her phone to which he informed he couldn’t help her as he was busy but his coworker could and she ignored him. Another white lady entered and actually vocalized her need, my brother informed her as well that his coworker could help her, to which then Heather complained, and said she wouldn’t because she couldn’t and he should do it since he knew how. I saw how irritated he looked and he helped the lady when the woman on the phone got upset that he helped the other lady out and not her. He explained that he had 3 orders online he was trying to get ready and told her that his coworker could help, Heather just sat there not doing anything and I was like what the heck? I didn’t get involved because it’s not my place but I would’ve made Heather understand something I’ll say that. Anyway, that lady accused him of being racist despite his explanation and if my brother keeps being treated this way I don’t mind going in there and fixing it myself.

Placed an online order and got home to find they placed cold, never heated bacon on my sandwich. I even specified in the special instructions to toast the bacon for extra time and allow it to get crispy. Was also missing half a portion of meat on one side of the sandwich. I have worked in Subway for over 6 years and have never seen such a horribly done sandwich. Yikes.
