Place was kind of messy for being “dead”. Straw wrapper on empty table…. crumby tables…Tea was there BEFORE I got there and was there after I left… I’m glad I only drink bottled water here ..

Got some sandwiches for my husband and I, as well as my nephew. My nephew is autistic, and wont eat foods with specific textures. Which is why we put things the way we did in the order om the app. So why, pray tell, did we get things that wee not made the way we requested? Spend 15 dollars on a sandwich and you dont even another to read the instructions? The ones that told you to do less work?
Also, who the hell still has dial up internet? Because thats the sound I get when I try to call.

They don’t read here. Ordered a Grilled Chicken with Ranch and they gave me Sweet Onion Teriyaki or something. Disgusting.
Edit – Tried to eat sandwich anyway. They put something else on it that makes it taste smokey. Hands down the most disgusting sandwich I have ever had. I will never order from this location again and advise everyone to stay the heck away. If you want good food go to the Subway on Sante Fe Ave.

Ordered food on the app so I could pick it up on my break. Paid for the order and got the confirmation email. Got there to pick it up and the store had cancelled my order a few minutes after I placed it. I placed another order on the app and it took them 20 mins to make the order. Be careful if you’re going here to get food on your break.

When I walked In, The lady was in the lobby stalking I said hello she she just proceeded to walk to the back without responding. She gets in the back, washes her hands, I want again good morning no response. Tell her I would like a 6 inch tuna sub on wheat bread. She Pulls out a spread knife that you used to spread the mustard or mayonnaise or whatever, Dip in the tuna, and 1 1/2 small dab of tuna on the spread it out with the spread knife. I said, ma’am, may I have a little bit more tuna than that. Add more small I want to ring out. She charged me $2 For that little extra dub, It’s still did not cover My entire 6 inch. When I asked her about it, the two she told me what do you want me to do because you need to get out. I mean terrible service never will I go back.

I just left this store. The girl who helped me was very nice. The other girl (with blue hair) was not. She leaned over to the other girl and whispered something rude to her about me being picky about my sandwich. I didn’t acknowledge that I heard her and went on with my transaction. When I checked out I purchased a 44oz drink. I went to fill it up, and there was a sign that said no ice. I asked if there was ice in the back and she pointed at the sign and said “No Ice”. So I then decided I needed a refund on my drink. She grudgingly did it but was rude the whole time.

I will never go to the Subway on 59 & S Western . The girl that was working on 2-13 19 at approximately.between 3-4 pm. was very unfriendly. I tried to make small talk but she never said 1 word. The bread was hard. I told her what I didn’t want on my sandwich but she put it on there anyway. That’s why everyone has to check cwhat they r getting, because u just can’t get good employees. No one is ever in that store. Now I no why. I will never go there again .
