We received these coupons in the mail and attempted to use one on Friday. The young lady said they could not accept the coupon due to the economy. I do understand however, a sign should be posted to alert patrons of the new rule, these coupons don’t expire until November.

I come here from time to time. Never a bad experience. Food always taste fresh. They are not bashful on giving the toppings away. Seems to be clean and the manager does a great job. Will be back when in need of a sub!

Went in here to get a sandwich. The cashier was wearing gloves, but didn’t take them off while running the register. Using the same gloves to make food, bag food up, and handle money while using the register. Gross.

I think the lady who made my sandwich was named Alana or something. Had a bad attitude the entire time with me and her coworker. Felt kinda bad for him. She rolled her eyes just about any time I wanted more or less of something. After sitting to eat, I overheard her making some derogatory comments but couldn’t make them out. Won’t be back.

“Manager” Brandon seems more interested in doing the job instead of serving the customer. Didn’t have the bread I wanted. Didn’t have the cheese I wanted. Said they weren’t carrying it anymore even though there are signs and pictures of it up everywhere. No apologies. Not even looking at me or sandwich as he made it. Too busy looking at who was coming in. Went to get a drink and almost couldn’t pick my foot up because it was so stuck in a dried mess just left there. Subway, I think I need a break from you until you make it about who keeps you in business -the customer.

I go to this subway quite often since its close to my house. One thing I need to point out which is very important for Subway Corporation to understand is, when the employees are making sandwich, they need to not touch my food so much. I’m not going to name or point at anyone, but the employees at this store touch all over my food. I do not care if its falling, just dont touch my damn food when making my damn sandwich. I dont care if you have gloves on. No customer wants to see their food touched during making. So pls keep your hands of the sandwiches as much as you can.

Unfortunately this subway refuses to honor coupons suddenly. I had been going here for years and years. I’ll just go to one of the other several subways in a 3 mile radius, no big deal.
