My husband and I came in a week ago. The food and service was terrible. First thing i saw was 2 older females yelling and being disrespectful to an employee. It was sad and very uncomfortable.. That employee ended up walking out crying and they proceeded to disrespect her even after she left.Our food was made by Bianca and it was made very sloppy, she never washed her hands, and she had terrible hygeine. The store was a MESS! No chips, mold in the ice reservoir, dirty table and floor.

Going to be a long time before I have a Subway sandwich again.
I’ve had the tuna sandwich from them before and never had any issues but they’re tuna must have been bad because I’ve woken up in the middle of the night and been up ever since every hour on the hour with that tuna sandwich trying to get out of my body anyway possibly can.
Quality control could have prevented this.

The food is OK. The customer service and employees could use quite a bit of work. I tried to order food here through the app and they canceled it while I was driving over after they charged my card. I was not aware of this until I was already in the store. I asked them to remake the sandwich in person at this point. The employee seemed lethargic and disinterested. They didn’t have the bread I was hoping for because I guess they burnt it. They were also out of roast beef so the sandwich I ordered had to be tweaked. After it took him almost 10 minutes to make my sandwich, they told me that they can’t take my card ( which I reiterate, they already charged once) and said I should’ve seen the sign which was scribbled and pen and take to the door where you can barely see it. Especially since I thought my food would be done already through the app. So I didn’t think to read the signs since I didn’t need to know about new deals or other information. Thankfully, I had cash. Lastly, they just threw a bunch of crumpled up napkins in the bag. Not the biggest deal, but it just again chose their lack of professionalism. Overall terrible service. And I’m gonna have to flag the charge on my card as fraudulent at this point. This was on April 9 at around 9:15 PM.

THE BEST SUBWAY. Kelly the manager is very polite and welcoming, and I’ve been able to build rapport with other workers here. Coupons are accepted, and food is made with attention. Ingredients aren’t left out too long. For the last year, this location has served customers in a timely fashion and have had a peaceful way about talking with people. Come get a sub, sit down, enjoy and relax.

Kelly is a hard worker and is always doing her job diligently. This little girl that works there on the other hand I’ve never seen do anything other than glare at coworkers and customers. Unless her mom shows up and then she’s all smiles.

Walked into business and no one greeted me. Employee was outside what appeared on break. The employee inside the store was in the back and sounds as though she was speaking to someone. Waited several minutes and the employee from outside came in. He apologized for my wait and asked if anyone was helping me. He again apologized and began preparing my order. Then the little lady that was talking in the back waltzed out with cell phone glued to her ear. From the talk it was personal. She filled her cup of food with more dressings and danced back to the back of the business. Saw her name, Nicole. She kept on the phone and would peek out to see if I was still there. Thankfully Shawn finished my order.
How is it Nicole has a job? Is she a buddy of the boss? Well boss it appears she is no true friend if she is. Product low stock, customer left waiting, etc. Sad.

I never dine in at Subway so I cant speak on the quality of the atmosphere. I can however speak about the excellent service at this particular store. It doesnt matter what time I stop in or who is working…I am always greeted with a smile. My wife and I eat here twice a week for almost a year and have never been disappointed. The bread is always fresh and our sandwiches are made joyfully. If you need a quick meal that wont empty your wallet, you cant do much better than this particular Subway. Highly recommend!!
