this has been my go to coffee place lately but was left super disappointed this morning with my online order of 2 caramelicious, it straight up tasted like warm almond milk, barley any coffee, no flavor whatsoever not even whipped cream on BOTH. unfortunately didn’t have time to go back due to heading to work. i even used my free drink reward & won’t be able to get that back, just simply disappointing.

This place used to be good. Downgrading my previous review to 1 star. Ordered a Mr mint mocha (hot). A cold drink was given to me in a hot cup. It wasn’t even warm. I was drinking it like cold milk. It was obvious they gave someone else’s pre-made to go order, put in cold milk, or didn’t care to make it right because it was actually COLD from the bottom. Too bad I noticed too late already on the road. What a rip off

Awful attitude it’s what happens I guess when family and friends no they can’t be fired. So I asked for coffee with Splenda on the side and creamers on the side. What did they do put it on the inside… the coffee tasted watered down like she was trying to save coffee beans or something!!!!!!! This is why star bucks is king! Then she gets an attitude when I asked for a cup of coffee with nothing in it. I’m like first time at this place last time at this place…. She said we don’t have individual creamers. So I had to tell her can u put it on a cup!!!!! The service suck I want ever be back plus on top of that the Splenda was the cheapest Splenda on the market. Had to stop by 711 to get real Splenda it’s so sad… who u hire and you being cheap will ruin your business

Coffee is Not even worth 1cent. Horrible coffeee and customer service. DONT waste ur money and time here… girls working here horrible, zero customer service and they dont care. Coffee didnt taste like coffee not even 1% . 99% water and 1 pinch of coffee.

I LOVE scooters and I am lucky to have a few near me. But this location is always a fail. I’ve been here 3 times and each time my drink was horrible. I went in today thinking they would redeem themselves (shame on me) I went in to get the new fall drink and the barista had no clue what I was asking about then didn’t even know what ingredients go in the drink. The drink that is clearly advertised in their store. Disappointed is an under statement. I won’t EVER visit this location
