The guy working ALONE during a dinner rush was extremely overwhelmed. This isn’t the only subway I’ve witnessed this, but several actually. During standard meal times, there needs to be more than 1 employee working these locations. This poor guy was trying to make walk in sandwiches AND online orders, and the amount of tickets he had stacked up was wild to me. I thought he was just being rude at first, because when i first walked in there were only 2 people ahead of me, until I sat there for more than 20 mins as he had customer after customer walk in and you could visibly see the panic in his face as they said they had online orders that he hadn’t even at a chance to touch yet. Either staff more employees during rush times, or STOP online orders. At least if folks have to order in person, they can see this poor guy is working alone and they can see the LINE of people waiting.
And if you’re wondering, my son and I sat in the lobby for 1 hour and 7 minutes to get the food we’d already paid for. If we hadn’t paid online, I certainly wouldn’t have waited that long for 4 sandwiches.
NGL though, that guy really hooked up the sandwiches and they were really good!

Really seriously getting tired of ordering my sandwiches TOASTED and I don’t get toasted sandwiches. I order online because I have a family of five and I’m not dragging everybody out of the house just to go over there and order a sandwhich. The app asks you if you want to toast it or not I always mark toasted and I never ever ever get it toasted. It’s so frustrating. Like how hard is it to put it in stupid toaster oven for five seconds? Geez!!! START TOASTING WHEN PEOPLE ASK FOR IT!!! It’s not that hard to do your job.

I got the worst salad ever from this Subway. I asked for spinach, ham and turkey with some shredded cheese and some olives. I got a salad with the meats not chopped, a ton of cheese and olives and very little spinach. What is the point of a spinach salad with much green. I can order the same salad at other subway and it is always chopped. It will be a long time before I use the Subway in Harrah on Harrah Newalla Rd. Very disappointed.

Sandwich is burnt to a crisp. The two little girl that work here in the morning are lazy. Asked for mayonnaise on my sandwich I got mustard. I wouldn’t recommend this subway to a stray dog. Also the girl that was in charge had bad hygiene. Don’t know if I want her making my sandwich

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is trash. They were out of everything I ordered on the app, got replacement sandwiches, told they were also out of the cookies we ordered, told them I wanted a refund, they can’t do that but they can make us fresh cookies? Ok why didn’t they just pop them in the oven when the order was placed instead of waiting 45 mins to say they were “out” get home to eat my sandwich after waiting on all this for over an hour and half, and there is hair in my sandwich so I called and told them that I wanted my sandwich refunded she said she would have to call her GM, I asked if the GM could just call me, of course the GM did not call me and had her employeee call me and tell me I can only have my money refunded if I bring the sandwich back in the morning!! No problem, it’s not even what I ordered as my replacement anyway!

One of the girls auto applies Tips without consent. On the screen it shows correct amount just for the food but after payment is processed and you see receipt it shows the total charge was actually higher because a tip got added from the worker. Go here all the time so I know it’s not traditional for there register to add a tip by itself without customer saying yes

We came in to get subs for dinner and Matt was great! He’s always friendly and makes great sandwiches. Matt is the only reason we come in the evenings because we know he will take care of us.

Not friendly at times, and gets upset if you don’t like bread that wasn’t proofed well and ask for different bread,and hasn’t even made sandwiches yet. So she put 3 tablespoons of steak on footlong,I measured when i got home Do better Subway. We need you for area.

Since they have changed to “freshly sliced meats” you can no longer see the meat, not to mention it is NOT freshly sliced!!!
The lettuce ALWAYS looks like it needs to be thrown out! And I’m sorry, 3 thinly sliced green bell pepper and red onion, barely any sweet onion teriyaki sauce!!!! This is not from one visit, this is the last 3 visits!!
You ARE NOT Jersey Mike’s……NOR will you ever be!!! Bye bye Subway!!

customer service is TERRIBLE. Came in at 7 & they had everything put up when they close in 2 hours, refused to make us sandwiches so they could “save bread for future orders” . Not to mention the workers looked like they have not showered in weeks.
