If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is trash. They were out of everything I ordered on the app, got replacement sandwiches, told they were also out of the cookies we ordered, told them I wanted a refund, they can’t do that but they can make us fresh cookies? Ok why didn’t they just pop them in the oven when the order was placed instead of waiting 45 mins to say they were “out” get home to eat my sandwich after waiting on all this for over an hour and half, and there is hair in my sandwich so I called and told them that I wanted my sandwich refunded she said she would have to call her GM, I asked if the GM could just call me, of course the GM did not call me and had her employeee call me and tell me I can only have my money refunded if I bring the sandwich back in the morning!! No problem, it’s not even what I ordered as my replacement anyway!

Only one person working and poor girl is slammed and doing everything she can. Pretty sure your supposed to have two people in a work place at all times. She is a very nice girl and everyone is being understanding and she’s doing a great job but get this girl some help or at least a raise!

Strange location but great service and will get the order right even when I order for six or more people their only downside is they never label or number the sandwiches so you have to play Santa when distributing the food once you get your order with identification of whose is whose other than that great location out of the many we go to regularly.

Terrible experience on 22 July 2021 around 12:45 at Subway located 3400 S Harrah Rd, Harrah, OK 73045. I ordered online and my credit card was charged. Went to get sandwiches, gave them my name and the two ladies said there was no order with that name. I said my card was charged and I showed them the charge. They got very defensive and said “you should have called it in”. I told them that I always order online and they said next time order by phone. One of them was so mad she was told by the other woman a supervisor I believe to step back and she walked to the back really angry. I was shocked. I asked if she could provide phone for franchise owner and she said no. So I left my phone number and and asked she give it to the owner and I left. Could not believe they were mad at me and were upset at me over the situation. Update 27 July 2021 my credit card was refunded but I never received a call from anyone at Subway. I reported it to headquarters and no call from them either. At least my money was refunded I guess.

Very skimpy on veggies they ran out of tomato and they were extremely slow. I will drive the extra mile to the location on choctaw road or mcloud rd for the better food and service. Very dissatisfied with this location . The entire time we r in there it was one or two being helped four in line behind them . All while the workers complained in front of the customer and they weren’t shy or quiet about it.

If I could give a 0 I most definitely would. Did drive through, got several sandwiches. They forgot cheese on every single sandwich, forgot lettuce on 2 of them, and then never toasted any of the sandwiches, the lady at the window was not very helpful and in lack of better words very rude. After getting our food, and driving off, the tea was as sour as it could get. Overall very disappointed with the service, and the food.
