Worst customer service I’ve ever received. I walked in and the two ladies behind the counter were being rude to a customer politely asking if his pickup order was ready. When it was my turn I got half scoops of everything and when I asked for extra pickles (because she gave me one pickle) and the lady said “nope”. I said “sorry i couldn’t hear you.” Thinking she was kidding. She says “you can’t have extra pickles because we’re not allowed to.” I said “oh I didn’t know that you couldn’t ask for extra. Could you just charge me extra?” She said “nope can’t.” Which was so bizarre to me. It wasn’t really about the pickles but the whole interaction was very cold and rude. She asked me “have you ever been to a subway before?” Like oh my god lady. I literally never leave reviews because I understand that people are busy or their bosses are super hard on them but I really didn’t like the way the two ladies behind the counter were talking to everyone. It was incredibly rude and I would never recommend this subway again.

Very mad about my experience. Subway has been running commercials for Buy 1 12”, get another one for $1. I was 3 hours from home taking a different highway. Stopped at this location to get myself and my family member 2 subs with the BOGO1. I pulled up my app that has the current offer and that shows I’m a rewards member. I order 2 12” subs. Get to the register and they tell me they don’t do “coupons”. I said I was a rewards member and this is the current national promo. I had it pulled up on my phone. They refused to honor the deal here. No notice posted anywhere that this isnt honored. I was locked into spending TWICE the amount I had planned. How am I supposed to know a store 3 hours from my home that I’ve never been to doesn’t follow the national current promo that I had in print on the VIP rewards app. BS! Very angry about this! If I’m ever in the area, I will not return to this location.

If the manager makes your sub you feel like it is gourmet. She knows the precise mix of ingredients and dressings. We really miss their old fashioned wheat bread.

I went it today and was disappointed with how, I believe the manager, spoke to the other worker. The lady was older and cranky. She was yelling at the worker and slamming things down. This is not how you treat people. To the cranky old lady, do better and learn how to treat people. To the mistreated worker, no job is worth being treated that way. There are better jobs and better people to work for.

The Missus was kind enough to bring home sandwiches after shopping with our daughter. The innards were reasonably fresh, if a bit sparse, but the bread was as dry as a nun’s nasty – completely inedible. Thus, I ate what I could with a knife and fork.

Very disappointed. Went thru the drive-thru because I’m handicapped. And they refused to serve me. They said it was online orders only. That would have been fine if I had my phone at the time. And I did let them know I was handicapped. So sad for our senior citizens

Completely turned off by not being able to see the types of cheese, meat and other food. Customer service wasn’t the best neither; and why they thought blocking the view of the food was a good idea, definitely turned me away…

I’m not sure what happens to the bread when they toast it but the ends I have to throw away they get hard as rocks a 6 inch reg turkey with chips and small drink cost me 13.00 I can find cheaper lunches most locations wont honor the coupons subway send out so I dont even bother with them
