I am convinced that if I order online or use a coupon at Jimmy John’s I will get the bare minimum. Who are yall feeding? A kid? I’m sick of Jimmy John’s… like one slice of meat are you serious? On a sub at that! Just don’t offer your customer coupons at this point! A different location did the same thing when they offered a free sandwich! So this is a corporate thing! STOP OFFERING MONEY OFF OR FREE SANDWICHES IF ITS NOT GOONG TO BE WHAT WE WOULD NORMALLY GET WHEN WERE ORDERING IN STORE AND PAYING FULL PROCE!!! Smh! I really wanted to love this location but it’s just not meant to be. We don’t eat out often and we’ve had two orders on two separate occasions not correct. First occasion in October, the kids working were nice, but seemed like they could use adult guidance. I was told the Gargantuan was part of a secret menu, then paid to add bacon to it which wasn’t added. Details of the other sandwiches were missed also in that order. My better half wanted to come back tonight for take out. I chose the Ultimate Italian NO MAYO, which of course had Mayo on it when it got to my house. Thank goodness it’s just a major aversion and not an allergy. He mentioned the manager this evening should not be managing, but that the young lady was doing a great job, despite ignoring the no mayo instruction. Apparently this is a new family business for the owners, but unless something major changes, we won’t be back. We could almost order a full meal elsewhere for the menu price of these sandwiches.

I’ve had slivered almonds thicker than this meat. Dont get me started on the portion. 19 dollars for this tiny amount? This is the second time our order came like this. I guess ill stick to jersey Mike’s? The kids in there were nice. The dollar doesn’t go far anymore. This “giant” sub is a testament to that. Fo sho.

Food was great but if it wasn’t for the other person on the line they would have gave me a lettuce sandwich. Had it wrapped and everything and before I could say a word the employee was like you gonna put the meat on that. Maybe not so high next time buddy. He just laughed like it was no biggie. Then forgot the pickle. Just baffles me these people want 17-20 an hr to work. Looks like this is a common feature at this store.

Extremely rude employees and managers here! I walked in because the door was open and it says they are open online and then stood there for alittle over 5 minutes they saw me standing there. Then a women yelled at me how they aren’t even open yet with so much attitude towards me?! Like I didn’t hurt you madam calm down! If you’re having a bad day don’t take that out of others! Very very rude. She could politely explain how they aren’t open until 10:30 instead of yelling. I won’t be back when they are open and it sounds like they don’t really care that much either way so don’t waste your time! Go to Jersey mikes they always meet me with a smile and fresh sliced deli meats and cheese! So sad I have extreme anxiety and I can’t imagine yelling at someone like that! Just what has this world come to these days?

Talking loudly about how this young man needs to learn how to communicate and prep food. Absolutely unacceptable the way she berated him with a FULL restaurant no less.
You can mentor, teach and shape people with your words. Use them wisely. People like this is why those struggling make decisions to leave this earth! I was close to tears.

Awful service. Placed a curbside and they never brought it out…on a SLOW day. I was the only one there and they still didn’t bother. I ordered a second time, thinking I was in the wrong and had maybe never placed it, but again, they never came.
When I finally went inside and asked, I was dismissed. When I politely and lightheartedly asked about a refund for the second sandwich, the girl told me “I’m not that smart.” and shrugged with a frown. Used to be my favorite restaurant — cannot convince myself to go back and support this place again. Sorry to be a Karen but geeze.

I was really excited for new food options to come to the Denver area but the sandwich was rough. Add-on ingredients were missing and the ones provided were lacking at best. I hope this place figures out their opening kinks soon.

Love Jimmy John’s. Have been in 4 times since they opened but today, I ordered two sandwiches (only customers at the time) and got home the “big John” only had meat and cheese. I ordered it with no tomato and no cheese. Not a sliver of lettuce. Thinnest sandwich ever. BTW the receipt was correct.

If I could put zero stars i would.. the manager was so rude to the poor kids working there and was yelling at them so loudly you could look around and see how uncomfortable everyone in the restaurant was. There is no need for that. Manager needs to be fired and the food sucks. Go to jersey mikes down the road.
