Ordered the new wrapps. The tortilla shells were like biting into leather. Tuffer than hell. Can’t add the vegetables you want. Can only be as in picture. You can take off, but can’t add.

I bought this new nacho foot-long from Subway in Chickasha, Oklahoma and it does not look near what the picture is supposed to look like I bought it because I wanted it to look like the picture and that is false advertisement if they do not make it at least try to match the picture It should’ve been at least two small bags of nachos and they only gave me like a half a bag. I need a manager to give me a phone number to call to talk about this

Just went by and they were packed! Still got my sandwich made swifty and exactly as ordered. Incredibly friendly service at the drive thru despite having an impatient customer that was being very rude. Custom sandwiches are made fresh and require more than 30 seconds! Keep up the good work!

Ordered online they had 45 minutes to make 5 sandwiches. My husband goes to pick it up and the MANAGER very rudely told him she still had 10 minutes left, then took 10 minutes longer than it was supposed to be. Get it home and it’s trash, I’ll leave the pictures cause I don’t even know how to explain what we were given. We went back up there and she again was rude (yes I was rude, I spent $55 on trash) then she had the nerve to ask me for a paper receipt when I was showing her my phone with my receipt. I will say that the 2 ladies that were there tonight (both said they’re new) jumped right in and did an amazing job putting out the managers dumpster fire. I asked for her bosses number but wasn’t given it. She has no business being a manager anywhere. She’s rude & it appears she can’t even make a sandwich. She has a boss somewhere, DO SOMETHING!

I’ll start with the good…both times visiting, bread was soft, sandwich was tasty,veggies fresh. BUT I didn’t get what I ordered through the drive-thru. I asked for a foot long veggie with pepper jack cheese, extra olive & pickles. I got American cheese instead, only a few Olives& Pickles, no green peppers. I’ll stick to ordering INSIDE I think.

We don’t live near this location, so we hadn’t stopped here in a couple months. We stopped to get our favorite Turkey Italianinos, the only sandwich we like from Subway, and were told that sandwich didn’t exist anymore. We asked if we could get an Italian BMT and substitute the ham for turkey, they said no. They were more than happy to substitute the ham for Turkey for an extra fee of 6.00. We knew what we wanted before we went in there, so we paid it. They said there is no way to order what you want without paying extra if the “key” is not on the register. They also said that they were going to completely get rid of being able to make any changes to any sandwiches in the future. That you would only be able to order exactly the way it was on the menu. Ordering things the way I want them is the only reason I go to Subway. We only went there occasionally, but we won’t be back.

Ok… not sure about the drive thru kiosk. .. it didn’t list the sub of the day special, and it mixed up my order with the big order of the person behind me. .. but… the young lady who came to the window apologized repeatedly and even thanked me for my honesty when I returned the meal deal and pointed out all I ordered was a sammich! And. .. oh how awesome was the sammich! Flatbread, roasted chicken and oodles of fresh veggies. Yummy!
