During our trip to Ozark National Forest, we stopped here for food and rest. The sandwiches were tasty, and the guys were fantastic. The view and location are excellent. We took some photos there and then headed out again 🙂

Update (3 Months Later):
I wanted to share a much-improved experience! Courtney was a delight – she was friendly, engaging, and efficient while taking my larger order. I was also very impressed with the food quality this time around; it was noticeably better than before. Even arriving close to closing, everything was fresh and delicious. Excellent customer service from Courtney and a great overall improvement!

The girl that made our food seemed like she didn’t want to be there. She rolled her eyes several times at me.
When I asked for a pepperoni pizza for my 3Yo she put the sauce on top of the pepperonis and no cheese so I had to ask for cheese after it was toasted.
She put little to no veggies on our sandwiches and I had to ask her to put more.
And then the vinaigrette on my sandwiches was only on half of it.
The other half was dry.
When I asked for a big bag to carry everything to my car, she handed me the bag and walked away..

Service was fine, I paid with a free gift card in drive through in Dover. My 6-inch sandwich is the size of a hot dog bun.

Did an app order that was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. I always give an extra 10-15 just in case. Show up to get my order only for them to tell me that they were out of bread and it would be another 20min (at this point, it’s been 45min since I originally ordered). Finally, I received my order at 442 (1hr and 10min) later.

It is bad business, to have the chairs on the tables, and in closing mode, at 6 PM. The whole dining room was wet, my son isn’t surefooted. Aside from that they’ve taken the mozzarella out of the menu at this location. So if you like your Boss Sub with mozzarella. It won’t be here. Just saying.

Very rude employee. Could tell she doesn’t do anything around there. When I left she was sitting on the counter having her older coworker do everything. She was not polite or even remotely customer friendly. I know there’s a line between just not a people person but still willing to be personable for the job but she was just rude. Didnt ask me if i wanted a bag just have a good one and walked off. Pathetic really. If she’s not capable of dealing with customer service (quite literally one of the easiest jobs there is, and yes I’ve worked in almost every single fast food place there is in my years) she needs to go find a factory job and put some real work in

My husband and I ordered 3 sandwiches. Each sandwich was perfectly made. The young man who took our order, John, was absolutely wonderful. He was efficient, knowledgeable, kind, motivated, and professional. Usually when kids work alone, I dread using the business. John was so good he changed my mind! Dover Subway is AWESOME!!!

My husband and I stopped in this evening for a salad and a wrap. The young lady that helped us (Taylor) was fast, friendly, efficient and competent. That hasn’t always been the case with previous experiences at the Dover Subway. I was impressed enough to come here and leave a five star review. You guys need more people like that on your crew!

We always stop here for a quick dinner if time is short. They are nice and put up with me making my foodie demands for my sandwiches and dorky jokes. The bread is always fresh and I haven’t had any problems with any of the employees. They are always kind and courteous.
