A waitress greeted me as soon as I entered the space. I ordered potstickers which tasted fine except for the extremely salty taste of their signature sauce.

I could only eat them by removing them from the sauce and into a separate container.

I planned to leave a one star review until I tasted the cheesecake. Sphere have been redeemed because this cheesecake is very creamy and delicious.

Stopped in for lunch at The Sphere in Minneapolis mostly for the location. The space is beautiful with a cool, modern vibe and great open skyview that makes the experience.

As for the food, it was a bit of a mixed bag. We tried the:

– Chicken Caesar Wrap with Fries: classic and decent, but nothing to rave about.

– Sphere Burger: Juicy, well-cooked and a solid choice.

– Buffalo Wings: underwhelming, on the smaller, drier side.

– Gyro Pinwheels: pretty basic, nothing amazing.

Overall, The Sphere is worth a visit for the ambiance. I bet it’s a great place for Happy Hour. The food is fine for a casual meal, but don’t go in expecting anything too elevated.

Fun atmosphere, really cool location… Also received incredibly rude service. We stopped by for a couple of drinks; Ordered 1 drink, the bartender asked if we wanted waters (Yes) and then immediately walked away without ever getting them for us. We weren’t even done with our first drink when she came back to silently drop off the bill. We hadn’t requested it, and there was an hour to closing.
Not worth spending $35 on two mid cocktails for that kind of experience – we won’t be going back.

Decent little place, they used to run Atlas over in the Plaza. We’ve done HH here because it’s open and a fun hang out spot. Lunch is great too, this was the lamb.

Cute little place hidden on the skyway level. Dry rub chicken wings were awesome! Crispy! Gyro pinwheels were also quite delicious. Service was efficient, not overly friendly but they were also very busy so maybe that was the reason. Sat at the bar. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to meet friends for drinks and food. Good volume for talking.

Cool place in the skyway with a quick moving line. Got the chicken meatballs and they were unfortunately dry. The fries and rice were tasty, but it was ultimately $14+ for just that as veggies/toppings were virtually nonexistent.

Amazing atmospheric place in the heart of Minneapolis Downtown!
Assorted skewers (lamb, chicken and beef) served over Basmati rice with salad and garlic toast served by Mike Kist was scrumptious!
Friendly environment, swift and caring service, pleasant light music and that beautiful glass dome made the experience memorable.
Will definitely come back with my friends!

The fast casual lunch side is WAAAAY overpriced. You get about 2.5 oz of meat plus some rice and it’ll run you $16-20. Pretty wild. The bar and restaurant is solid.

Beautiful little gem in the skyway system of Minneapolis! Bar is fully stocked, nice beer selection, and the skylight ceiling is so cool!
