Came to subway on my lunch break, 22 weeks pregnant, and I pointed out to the older lady working that my bread was cut pretty wonky, all crust on the top, and a thick bottom. I’m on a time crunch and terribly hungry so I mentioned it and continued paying out. They just took my sub to be measured, rewrapped it, and cashed me out. They didn’t do anything to ensure a happy sale or even offer to fix the problem at hand. I was hoping to at least be treated with decency and was instead given a terrible cold shoulder and not even told to do much as have a good day. Honestly completely lost my appetite after the experience. I was hoping to so much as have a decent meal while pregnant and and worn out from work.

We went in close to noon and they had no fresh bread. When I walked in I could see the two employees touching the hard, cut in half, day-old bread. They were literally talking about how hard it was. When I asked them what bread was fresh, they pulled out flatbread. We left and went to McDonald’s.

First thing I noticed was that they were playing raunchy music. There was a younger girl making my sandwiches and a middle age lady doing other things. When we got to the veggie part of my sandwich I was asking for more black olives and Mayo, the older lady started mocking me and continued to do so throughout my second sandwich. The younger girl I’m assuming because she was flustered by her coworkers bad demeanor accidentally put ranch on my sandwich instead of Mayo. I told her it was fine because I didn’t want to spend anymore time getting mocked for her to remake it. Overall terrible customer service.

I’m a bit disappointed this is the first time subway has done this to me. I asked for bacon,peperoni, and shredded cheese on my sandwich which I got none of and didn’t notice because I was trying to give a lady change for a 100 dollar bill.

I have tried time and time again to give this location a chance. Every order I make has been wrong. I understand having a bad day or two but as some point the order should be correct.

I try to give most places the benefit of the doubt but this subway was gross. They can’t do much about a leaking roof so I don’t really hold that against them(we’ve had really bad storms recently). But that is the only pass they get on cleanliness. I had to clean my own table to be able to sit an eat. Speaking of eating, apparently there is no more customization when it comes to sandwiches since they are a failing business model they will upcharge for everything. Finally landing on the staff, between the young lady that could hardly be heard and the loud, disrespectful elderly woman, they have both decibel extremes covered. At the end of the day it is a subway so I know I shouldn’t expect much, but dear lord this is the worst subway I have ever had the unfortunate luck to go to for lunch.

This Subway is very friendly, kind, and efficient people. We always go here for our subs and we’re somewhat familiar with their faces. I always have a good experience and I’ve never had them mess up our order at all. I also love the windows, it lets a lot of light into the store.
