Every time I come here there are issues, whether it’s having to wait half an hour in the drive thru or employees being rude or my order being messed up. My last visit I went to the drive thru and they asked if I could come inside and join that line. I wasn’t able to leave my car at the time. I asked if I could just order here and basically was told to either come inside and join the line there or leave because they couldn’t handle the drive thru right now. Apparently, they’re chronically understaffed. What a surprise. I didn’t appreciate how they addressed the situation, so I left without ordering anything.

Today rlthe sandwich preparer refused to make sandwiches the way we wanted them. She refused guacamole, she refused salt, she refused pepper. She demanded that we put them in the order that she wanted them. She failed to drain the rotisserie chicken. She was an equal mix of “does not listen” and “rudeness”. My family normally likes Subway, but we will never return to the one in on 8th Street in Rogers ever again. If we start with the phrase that “customer is always right”, her view is “customer knows nothing.”

Came in during the lunch rush today around 11:50. The lobby was busy, the drive through was non stop and the online orders just kept coming in. I’m kicking myself for not catching their names, but there were 3 women working the front counter. Clearly a very stressful environment. While waiting in line I noticed all 3 of them smiled at every customer, greeted every customer that walked in, made the sandwiches at an efficient and speedy manner and made time to plug all of Subways new menu items while doing it. I also couldn’t help but look around the place and wow… it’s muddy rain outside, a busy lobby and only 3 employees, yet the floors seemed spotless! The counters and tables were clean, the trash was nearly empty. Just wow. Nowadays, speed is such an important factor to the fast food industry and sometimes hospitality and manners can be pushed to the side. These employees handle it very well and I will definitely be returning.

Two girls left the new girl up front to fend for herself, I watched her make 10 + sandwhichs while I waited 40 mins for a pickup order. The new girl had told them 20 mins in I was here for it and they didn’t start my order till the last 5 mins I was there. 3 girls and it took 40 mins for two sandwhichs .
I used to go to this Subway, as a kid and the service, and the food used to be so much better. I didn’t even really get a proper. I’m sorry for the wait time, honestly just wouldn’t go to this subway

This is not about sub way this is about Stephanie she deserves a raise !! That girl be getting the line going during rush hour ! Love walking in there and seeing her, knowing i’ll be walking out that door in 5 min. Went in there one time when she wasn’t there and the lady taking my order was rude and didn’t even make my sandwich right. You are the best Stephanie !
