On 11/19/2025, I placed an online order at 6:27 p.m.. I was surprised to see that the order was marked as ready by 6:30 p.m., which made me immediately concerned that the food was not freshly prepared.
When I arrived at the store and checked my order, my concerns were confirmed. The food was clearly not fresh—it was dried out and appeared to have been sitting for a while. I politely asked for fresh food, but I received no response. The employee took my food to the back, and no one ever returned to the front to address the issue. After waiting with no communication or service, I eventually left.
This is the fifth negative experience I have had with this particular location, and it has completely discouraged me from returning. At this point, I do not feel comfortable visiting any Little Caesars in my area based on the repeated lack of quality and customer service.
This is completely unacceptable!

Got some pizza from here about a week ago because I was in the area and they had a good deal. The pizza was really good and the bread sticks I got with them were really good too, I would definitely come back again in the future.

This place is horrible!! There were 4-5 customers waiting in line when I walked in. We were standing there for over 20mins without anyone coming to the front counter since I walked in! The lady in front of the line was standing there with 2/2liter sodas waiting at the front counter. There were about 5 of them back there and only 2 were making pizzas/working. Other 3 were just walking around and talking loudly! One of the 2 that was making pizzas, walked over with 3-4 pizzas to put into the self service takeout box and went back to working in back without even looking or engaging with any of us at the front counter. Such horrible service (No customer service)!!!

Can’t rate the food because I never got it. I ordered at 7:15p. By 10p, still no order delivered. I called doordash because at that point it had gone through 7 different drivers. This is 100% on the store. Finally the last dasher told me that the order was no longer there and the store refused to make more. Instant cancel on my order. 10:30 at night and I’m still hungry.

Received my delivery. Doordash does their deliveries. Half my order was missing. Tried to call store to report missing items, no one would pick up phone. Called customer service and I fel like I called India. Could not understand what they were telling me. I had to repeat what I thought she said. Horrible customer service.

Do your self a favor and don’t order no pizza from here today, the guy doing the pizza alone and working on Cashier and not using any gloves to top it off my pizza was cold and he said “I could heat u up more but I really don’t want to” butter didn’t even melt my pizza was so cold had to reheat it.

This is one of the better Little Caesar’s I have eaten at throughout the state. The pan crust was awesome, and the toppings were generous. My partner got the box with pizza and wings. That was a big hit with the honey garlic sauce on the wings. The crazy bread was warm and tasty. My only complaint is you can only get crazy sauce, which is not very good. They have the request section grayed out.
