Very cheerful and nice staff members. Fast and nice service. My only issue with my visit is some of their ingredients were not fresh behind the glass. For example I wanted spinach on my pizza sub but it was black and wilted so I had to get lettuce instead. Lettuce was a little brown and wilted also. This location also burned my bacon on my sub once. Hit and miss subway experience

The price you’re paying for the sandwich, you should be able to get more meat. I don’t mind paying a little extra. They have stop taking coupons & that’s a no no for me. The one I went to, they have it where; you can’t see how much meat they put on the sandwich. The store was nice & clean. The cookies are delicious .

I went to subway in oscela with this coupon and I was told they did n ot accept coupons. Don’t know when this started but with prices as high as they are, you need a coupon to eat there. I will not be eating here again esp if they no longer accept coupons.

Manager is incredibly rude. Went in once and a lady came in behind us, she was on her lunch break so I let her go first, she asked for more meat in her sandwich and he refused to serve her. He started taking our order and she had to leave without any lunch. That’s just one of the many bad experiences I’ve had with this establishment.

The manager who is foreign is rude, he will short you on your food and try to charge you extra. When he served me a few times I’ve I got less meat, cheese or other accessories. He even tried to give me a burnt cookie before and when asked for another and said it don’t matter what I get, there all the same. I won’t go there if he’s serving my food! Worst Subway I have been when the owner is there!!!!!!!!!

There’s not too many options for food here in town and going to subway would be a healthier option. The bread is fresh but he barely gives meat on the bread. The sandwiches on the pictures inside don’t look like what is being given on the sandwiches. You ask for fresh ingredients and he has an attitude .

The sandwich was just ok. The bread was old and really hard. The veggies were all wilted and the spinach was brown. Their veggies were definitely not fresh. The cucumbers and tomatoes were dried out. I didn’t look like the meats or the veggies were even cold. It like playing Russian Roulette with your food. I’m pretty sure the Arkansas Department of Health wouldn’t be happy to see the items behind the glass. I do believe that there’s nothing cooling the meat or the vegetables and if that’s the case, someone is going to be unlucky enough to get really sick.

IT will be terrible if someone food poisoning just because of a few degrees. That’s potentially a very serious problem for your business and even more serious for your customers. I wouldn’t want anyone to have to go through the pain of having food poisoning.
I’m sorry to say that I definitely won’t be recommending this Subway to anyone. Sorry.
