When I checked in it’d been nice if the girl would’ve given me shorter directions to my room. To get to the only elevator you will walk quite a distance down the hall past 55 rooms. Then up elevator down another long hall and another room 273. I just had knee surgery would’ve been easier to turn n go beside Bistro to the stair well up 1flight and down the hall to me room. DEFINITELY ASK FOR THE SHORTEST WAY TO YOUR ROOM VIA THE STAIRS

The girl I won’t even call her a women behind the counter wouldn’t reply loud enough for anyone to hear, I asked for mozzarella on a meatball sub and the absolute idiot put shredded cheddar. If i could put negative stars i would. I have never in my life had an ice cold sandwich like i just got. Me and my mother both ordered sandwiches and asked for them to be heated. When they were pulled out of the oven the cheese wasnt even melted. Not even the slightest. Asked them to put the sandwich back in and the workers got an attitude. Down right awful place

I just went in and ordered 6 sandwiches with the wonderful subway coupons that at were mailed out yesterday. By the time the male server was done making the sandwiches, from notes/with coupon attached, he was causing a scene cause he could not check out the food correctly and had lost 2 of the coupons. He literally, actually shoved the food at me and THREW the cups at me. Never again.

It was unbelievable. First I saw one fly near the sandwich I was buying, and then a couple more flying around. When I got to the cashier and looked back over the entire sandwich preparation area, there appeared to be at least a dozen buzzing around.
Maybe this is acceptable in this part of the country. It is not acceptable to me.
It does not appear to be a good idea to have a Subway located right near the front door of a Walmart, especially in an area as rich as this with trees, ponds, lakes, and of course nature’s little residents – the fly.

I was going to tip the girl that waited on me. I asked if she could accept she shyly shook her head no, the owner/ manager takes the tips for himself. THIS IS ILLEGAL. EMPLOYERS CANNOT KEEP TIPS! I AM CONTACTING THE STATE MONDAY! SHAMEFUL
