I went in to order three sandwiches and was informed by the manager that they were under new management. I was told that I would be charged extra for two of the sandwiches because I requested a specific type of chicken. Lisa, also known as “Karen,” could have simply added the chicken I was being charged for. When a customer orders and pays for something, it should be made without debate.
I didn’t mention your colorful hairstyle, your apparent dislike for your job, the poor customer service, or your lack of sandwich-making skills. While I could elaborate, I have better things to do than point out your shortcomings (the picture speaks for itself). This post is to warn others about “Karen” disguised as Lisa, who acts as if customers are a nuisance.
To the new management team: the coworker who assisted me deserves a raise. She exemplifies excellent customer service and went above and beyond. I thanked her for her help. Your manager needs retraining in both customer service and sandwich making. I will be contacting the corporate office next. Have a wonderful day.
