Had an awful experience trying to use one of the coupons Town Hall Guide sent us in the mail. The &pizza near VCU campus told us they couldn’t validate the coupon and “we don’t know who’s sending them out.”
I don’t blame either employee because obviously this is a management issue. They must have paid Town Hall Guide for this marketing flyer, and not even bothered to inform the staff.
Emailing support was a dead end, too. No one at corporate seems to care.

This was my first time ordering from this place. I ordered through Uber eats. The pizza was not good at all. I would have been better off going to the grocery store and getting a frozen pizza. Also Uber eats would not refund any of my money for the bad quality. Don’t order from this place.

Excellent pizza , great staff at the N. Laurel location. Came here on a Monday afternoon and the service and food was great ! It’s like a Chipotle for pizza ( pick your own toppings / build your own pizza ). I had the manager make me a pie of his liking , he asked some questions on what I prefer and don’t prefer and the pizza came out freaking delish ! I’d def come back and hopefully get another one of those pizzas !

Went there for lunch and no customers were there & was pretty much greeted by the whole staff(like 10 of them)! Not sure if that was cool or just plain creepy.
Did not know what to do(how to order). I was politely escorted to the back of the store where apparently you order and was again greeted by an army of staff. I was guided to an overhead TV menu of different types of pizza fixings pizzas. Most confusing at first but, understandable none the less. I opted for the Maverick. A cheese and meat type pizza and also added mushrooms and bacon.
After I placed my order I assumed I needed to walk to the front of the store to pay for it? Yes. I was right. Greeted again, of course. And was asked what I ordered. I told her and paid. I then waited about 10 minutes and was asked to get back in line? Well apparently my pizza was not done yet! I was opted many different types of sauces and extra(FREE) toppings. That was awesome! I got Banana peppers.
The pizza is pretty big! Elongated though and very satisfying looking. I took it back to my shop and enjoyed every bite, although it got a little cold toward the end but, thats because there was so much of it!
I think pizza lovers well definitely enjoy this new VCU restaurant and I hope to see them flourish!

The worst &Pizza you could ever go to. I walked in, wasn’t greeted, and before I could check out the menu, I was told “it’ll be about 15 mins before we can get to it, we’re backed up with online orders, with a smirk. It’s almost like they’re trained to turn away business. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The Vcu in Richmond Va the &PIZZA is The Worst Customer Service the quality of the food. They never get your order right you can’t get a hold of anybody at the store. If your order is wrong corporate there is no phone number. Nobody from Email gets back to you. The district manager doesn’t give a flying flip. I’ve been waiting for a callback from her since Maygoing on almost 5 months now the Willowlawn location I’ve never had a problem with that location.

I don’t usually have problems with ordering delivery from the & pizza app but today I ordered at 6:45 pm and I waited two hours but I never received my delivery so I went to the location VCU and picked it up but I would like a refund for delivery fee and the tip and there’s no way to request a refund on the customer service website.

I went in here on a whim, and I am totally happy I did! The pizza is excellent! The staff is very helpful and pleasant. The time spent from ordering to leaving is only about five to six minutes. So in and out quickly. Again the pizza is excellent! I will certainly return! Enjoy!
