The bread never tastes fresh, the order is usually wrong if you order online. If you show up in person and you pay attention while they are making the sandwich you can correct them. Some employees seem like they would rather be working some where else.

I placed my order on the app for a footlong steak and cheese which comes with American cheese. In the comments I had written Pepperjack instead but, we live about 20 mins away and when I got home realized there was NO CHEESE which ruins the entire thing. I called that night and they said I could come back at a later date and get it. 2 days later I called to tell them I was coming and they told me there’s nothing they could do but a manager would call me. Jake called me back and was extremely unprofessional. I explained the situation and he basically called me a liar stating the employee assured him cheese was on it. It felt extremely hostile. I went to pick it up and was met by an employee staying they wouldn’t add extra cheese or something. As an owner of a company, I would never treat customers as if they were wrong or lying for a $12.00 sandwich. Needless to say I won’t be running back to this location anytime soon.

I love coming here and getting the Garden Run pizza, so delicious! The staff are nice. The only thing is they never have a small pizza dough ready for topping, so I usually have to wait a few extra mins, but other than that its a thumbs up for me.

Two kids running the store, one male one female, were completely rude to my 5 year old grand daughter whom was attempting to order her own sandwhich for the first time. She was devastated. Ive changed my review because this probem was taken care of. The meatless sandwuches were replaced tonight and order was petfect. I don’t normally write unpleasant reviews but this is the second bad experience in a row. I said nothing after the last one .
