I visited during a very busy Sunday lunch hour, and Makayla and Lydia absolutely stood out. Despite being swamped, she remained patient, attentive, and detail-oriented. She made sure every order was correct and that customers felt acknowledged. Her work ethic and positive attitude under pressure were impressive. Perryville Subway is lucky to have her!

I like to go on my lunch breaks or when I don’t feel like cooking dinner. It’s always so clean inside. Quiet and peaceful. And everyone is so nice. They’re very tolerant with my children’s’ slow decisions and mind changing on what they want. Honestly, mine too. I can’t ever make up my mind. The food is always good. And always fresh. I hate going somewhere and the lettuce is soggy and wimpy, or the cheese is getting hard from sitting. It’s never like that at this Subway.

I think I understand why the parking lot is always empty. Such a skimpy sandwich and it wasn’t toasted like I ordered. I’ll just go to Morrilton from now on. Good luck. I wish the owner well in there endeavors.

I am only leaving a 5 for the young lady working all by herself today 10/1. She was polite and kind. She handled everything very professionally. Shame on the manager for not making sure she had help.

Huge shoutout to Phoenix at Subway who handled a major dinner rush all by himself around 9 PM. He stayed calm, professional, and kind…even with a line of customers and no backup. Phoenix made each sandwich with care and kept a great attitude the entire time.

He didn’t rush anyone, didn’t complain, and you could tell he takes pride in his work. That kind of work ethic and customer service is rare, especially that late at night. Subway is lucky to have him on their team!

Sat there for almost 30 minutes after it’s said my order was ready on my mobile app. The poor guy at the counter said management makes him take inside orders before mobile orders I guess people had come in after I made my order and he had to deal with them first.. I’m sorry but that was bullshit ..never again. I’ll go get a sandwich from Casey’s before I come here again.

I did an online order and boy I messed up there. I guess the workers can’t handle more that 7 to 8 people at a time. First the order wasn’t ready when they said it would be. Second the workers don’t know their menu. Won’t go into details but she didn’t know how to make my sandwich. Then I guess that stressed her and and made her cry. Really?? Learn the menu!! The manager said she had only been there a month. Really you should know it by now. Ended up getting a free cookie because of it. Won’t be going back, I’ve given them too many chances.
