We love Subway and keep coming back for the awesome coupons. The food is usually very good but we order through the app alot and trying to add specific instructions doesn’t always communicate well. You might ask for your sandwich cut into thirds and get a half and two quarters. Lol, but seriously very sweet staff there and a clean store.

I ordered online and I have never been to this Subway. Let me tell you now this is my go to store. The bread was perfect the portion was perfect. I was so impressed that I will be driving from Jacksonville just to eat at this Subway. Great store we need more like it.

I was not impressed by Subway. It was dirty inside. They got my order wrong. The vegetables and meats were slimy. I didn’t eat. So I had to go to work hungry.
The employees didn’t greet me nor did they even feel like thay want to do a good job. The manager was not paying attention since she was on her cell phone the whole time. Which shows that he/she cares what the employees do. I used to be an employee in the food industry then became manager. That would not fly with me. Get better management so they can have better employees.

Subway on Kiehl Avenue (Sherwood, AR). We ordered two sandwiches but was charged for three. No one on site could correct the error. The manager was called but would not give information to the employee to correct it. We Paid with a credit card and asked to give credit for the error or give us cash. They couldn’t do that without the manager. We were told to come back when the manager was in (three hours later). NO. Their solution: make a third sandwich and call it even.

We ordered online because of a BOGO special and used the drive-thru to pick up our order. Everything was ready on time, and everything was made correctly!! That is not something we are accustomed to. No matter the restaurant, something is always way wrong or just missing with ours.

There is no curbside pickup here. After sitting outside while watching two employees sit and stand around for 15 minutes, I finally went inside to pick up my order at the pickup shelf. Then I’m told by an employee that any time I order curbside, it’ll be on that shelf. Crazy idea……Then maybe y’all shouldn’t advertise and offer curbside pickup. When I get home with my order, it’s wrong. Someone lost their sense of measurement and gave me two 6″ sandwiches when one was supposed to be a footlong. It’s cool, that extra $3 I spent can go towards a ruler I guess.

I went through the drive thru of this location last night. I was the only person in line and it did not appear that they had any customers inside. So they were not busy, just lazy. I made sure to double check the touch screen menu to ensure that I had correctly selected all of the meats/cheeses/veggies/dressings that I wanted. I was HIGHLY disappointed to realize once I made it all the way home, and after I had spent my hard earned money at this establishment, that my sandwich only had meat and cheese on it! IT WAS DRY AS A BONE. I completed the online survey that is listed on the receipt and they offered me two free cookies, but they would`ve offered that no matter what I said on my survey so I do not feel that it rights this injustice. I would like full reimbursement, or at the very least for the owners of this establishment to hire competent workers. Food court adjourned.
