Edit- still having the same issue. Spoke to manager about it this time. No one told he I complained last week of course! He asked for me to bring food back in and show him I was missing a meatball. Gas is super high and I would drive home to collect the food and bring it back for a third visit on the same day. But here is the pic !

This particular Subway was on the way to our destination. It was fairly early and the shop hadn’t been open for maybe 30 minutes. We were the first customers.
The staff greeted us and even though everything wasn’t out yet, the staff was extremely pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable about their menu and helped us through getting the sandwich made. The suggestions were absolutely delicious on our subs!

This place is the absolute freaking worst!! How do you have the option for curbside pickup and there’s no-one to bring your delivery out?! I called about 6 times after arriving and about the 4th time in, the worker literally picked up only to leave put the phone on mute and I kept saying hello to no response. Called back again twice and no response. I don’t have a problem walking in to pick it up but unfortunately I am definitely not dressed for public setting hence why I ordered the curbside. This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional and for sure my last time ordering here.

Wonderful experience. My Chicken Footlong with American cheese and lettuce and mayonnaise was outstanding, made perfect as could be. Service was incredible as well, lovely people. Bathrooms we’re very cozy and clean. Best subway I have ever had the pleasure of eating at. Will definitely drive an hour and a half to come back again.

My husbands sandwich and our roommates was good and to order. Mine, however was not. There was no spinach or tomato on my sandwich even though it was ordered with it through the app. ( I even went back and checked just in case I forgot to put it on there) They slopped on way too much avocado and it tasted like someone put oregano on it.

The young man was very kind, but obviously in training. We repeated our order multiple times. That was no problem, but he toasted our meatball sandwich then put cold bacon on it??? The place was clean and he did tell us they would be closing in 30 minutes. We sat down and my son had his sandwich out eating it when a you girl “hollered” at us “I’m sorry the dinning room closes at 9:30.” We looked on the door before we came in AND the guy told us 10:00. There is NO sign stating they close the area early, and good grief, if you need to tell me something can’t you walk over to me to say it instead of yelling it out? RUDE tone, Rude behavior from her. The guy was great.

This is normally my go to Subway but its been awhile since we have been and I came because my daughter wanted Subway. The gentle man that made mine and my sons sandwhich was actually pretty rude. He should work on customer service. Also disappointed you no longer have the chicken breast so I chose the rotisserie chicken and definitely won’t do that again..

I gave it a 1 star because of service. The food was good but the young dark headed girl was soooo unfriendly and rude. She acted like it killed her to have to be make the sandwiches then instead of saying would you like veggies or anything like that she tossed my meat on there and said what veggies and it was said in that smart mouth tone.. Even the lady running The resgister was mad at her cause at first I thought she was rude too but then the young one smart mouthed her and I Knew she wasn’t rude she was ticked at that girl too! It was the worst costumer service I have ever had….

I called ahead to make sure my order was ready when I got there and they were super friendly over the phone. That didn’t change when I got there to pick it up. The service was amazing, the food was ready and still hot, and nothing was messed up. Overall, I really enjoy every experience I have at this subway!!!!
