I’ve always been a fan of Subway, but my recent order left me pretty frustrated. In the first sandwich I opened, I found a hair. I thought it might have been a one-off mistake, but when I checked the second sandwich, I found a piece of plastic in that one. Two issues with two different sandwiches in the same order really raised concerns about the quality and care put into the food.
I didn’t feel comfortable eating either one, and honestly, it really made me rethink my next visit. I hope this was just an isolated incident, but it was definitely not the experience I expected.

I have no idea why there are negative reviews here? I am from out of State visiting for a week. I have eaten lunch here 3-4 times and not only is staff super friendly the food is great and restaurant is clean. Nothing is a full five stars but I would give it a 4.9 stars for sure!

Second time placing a pick up order for a PIZZA SUB WITH MARINARA, second time I received a sandwich without marinara. It’s 3 ingredients, and they somehow miss one of them.

The lady who was grabbing my pickup order seemed rude/bothered by me, and completely cut off another customer she was helping just to deal with me. I personally don’t find that okay at all and seriously disrespect considering they were there before me, and I was trying to wait till she was done with them.

I love Subways teriyaki chicken, especially with sweet onion sauce! So I go and order my sandwich and tell the employee to put sweet onion sauce on. I hear, “we done run up outa that.” Both employees were new to this store. I know it’s a challenge to run these places. However, I also know these places make their owners very good money. Don’t know that I’m going back to this store. Plus I get home and my 12 inch sandwich was not cut in half!

This is the best Subway in the area! The employees are friendly and work incredibly hard to make sure everything runs smoothly. Every sandwich I’ve had here is consistently fresh and delicious.

I ordered a 6 inch steak philly & it was hardly any meat. The staff was just complaining how a customer called about it & i definitely see why she called and complained. I tasted more bread, mayo, and vegetables.

This is the worse location in this area to get food from! Horrible customer service, they can’t even get the ingredients right as you’re standing right there telling them! I would definitely recommend going to another location, even if it’s a bit further, it’s worth it not to get food here

AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! I put in an order on the app to pick up and arrived before it said the sandwich was ready, but it was on the rack for pickup. The footlong “toasted” sub was cold. The meat only went about 3/4 of the way down the bread, and the cheese just past halfway. The “area manager” sent a pathetic apology email and didn’t offer to make it right with a refund or another sandwich.
UPDATE: Ordered a BLT with double bacon today 11/4/25. I don’t think three strips of bacon counts as double meat. Absolutely avoid this location.

I always love coming to subway the other day we went with some of our friends and they got about 40 cookies ♀️ the staff was amazed and so kind about it. We all laughed about the mass amount of cookies. They all had a good attitude about working and make you feel comfortable to talk to them.
