The sandwich artist made me aware of the special which happened to be what I wanted. The special included lots of options. Good job here!

Clean restaurant and good food, however the staff is very unfriendly and act as if they are being personally inconvenienced each time a customer walks in. Specifically an older man. Rolling his eyes while I was ordering and had the attitude of a sassy preteen. Overall pleasant environment until the worker came out from the back.

The folks that work at this Subway are incredible! They are so friendly and take so much pride and care in making subs. I can’t say enough great things!

We came into this location tonight (10/24) just to get a few sandwiches, however I personally didn’t get one, since the guy at the front seemed super upset that he needed to get something out of arms reach while huffing and rolling his eyes. He was super short with my friend, and spoke to her like she was a toddler that he was frustrated with the entire time and criticizing what she wanted. Super awkward.
I don’t like leaving reviews, but this guy acts like this every time I’ve been here.

The place got remodeled bit the food got worse! Every container holding ingredients is a health code violation. The vegetables looks gross! I messaged the “District Manager” about the matter and how our food is gross and he replied 4 words, “I’ll get with them”. Not a apology for his business not a let me reimburse you for your meal just I’ll get with them like it’s the staffs fault for the lack of supervision.

Very rude poor customer service. No one said hello while I stood at pickup for several minutes although there were two workers. I had to ask worker if I could grab my sandwich that was behind the register. She just said yes. Sandwich wasn’t even made correctly. Did not even want to bother returning it. Rude!! Teach your staff customer service please.

We accidentally went in 5 minutes before close (thinking they close at 10 rather than 9). The 2 guys working both still treated us as normal people despite being “those customers” that show up last minute. The guy making our sandwich even had a sense of humor while making our sandwich and wished us a good night.

Do not order pick up from here, they’re gonna hold it behind the counter and make you go through the line anyways. No employee could be bothered to come over and help me while I’m standing waiting on my food. On top of that, sandwiches weren’t made correctly. Spend your money at the Subway @ 1018 Airport Road. Those ladies will take great care of you!

Food is good, service is really slow, had to repeat everything twice, skimpy on toppings & condiments.
Where’s the chicken?

I always had wonderful memories going to Subway growing up and into my adult life. So, naturally, I was thrilled to have a location in the store I work in. My fiancé and I had a meal in this restaurant to celebrate my new job, even. But starting toward the end of October, the staff has been unkind to us. They claimed that consuming outside food in their lobby was a “health code violation” (we were buying their food too but changed our minds after that). We complained and were assured we were in the right as we were buying something. It took us a month to try again, only to be told it was okay “just this once”. We let that slide for the moment. Days later, we came to just eat Subway. I was trying to order online and he was digging through his shopping bag to look at one of his items. Someone hurried toward us and started questioning whether we were eating there. We complained again. The harassment was unacceptable. John seemed understandably frustrated, but said he would take care of it. Good, I thought. Finally we can eat in peace. Wrong. He returned to the restaurant a couple weeks later and a kind stranger bought him a meal. He ate it at a leisurely pace as he played some games, seeing the lobby wasn’t too busy. He only refilled his soda once. After an hour, he was approached by a staff member and informed he had exceeded the “time limit”. There was no signage indicating a time limit, just as there was no signage about outside food. My fiancé said that when he asked about the time limit, the staff looked at each other for a moment and then one said it was 30 minutes. He was told that they needed seats available for their customers, as if he wasn’t a customer. I worked at a fast food restaurant and I didn’t care who paid for the food. A guest with a paid-for meal from the restaurant is a customer. Simple as that. We attempted to call and complain one more time and were dismissed as John was too busy. We got a call back from somebody else only for my fiancé to be blamed for his treatment at the restaurant. I can understand having a time limit but those expectations need to be clear and the rule should be enforced fairly. It shouldn’t be used to single someone out and ruin their day. Hours later, we were banned for 60 days for “weekly formal complaints” and “hanging up on John”. Neither is true. Because of these ongoing issues, I don’t recommend this Subway and unfortunately will be avoiding all area Subways for the foreseeable future.
