I had Camarones a la Diabla for Sunday night dinner. The shrimp was fresh and cooked well. Sat outside where they have two tables for four and a counter. Friendly and nice service. Overall nice place to have a quiet dinner.

Found this place while looking for Quesobirria tacos this is one of the places that came up when googling places near me. It is located across from the Hilltop mall in a mini strip mall. It’s a pretty small hole in the wall type restaurant which are sometimes hidden gems. This one had very fast service,I ordered Quesobirria tacos which came 3 to an order for a little under $20. I think they may have been prepared in a rush as the taco shells were not dipped in sauce completely, some of the shell was pretty dry and they didn’t have enough queso/cheese for my liking or cilantro/onion, they did have alot of meat in them which tasted pretty good. I like mine with a good amount of cheese,cilantro and onions so was a little disappointed. They did come with a small bowl of consumme which also was just okay. Overall they were decent but I have been looking for a new spot that lives up to my former favorite place for Quesobirria tacos which was El Garage which closed permanently. Have not been able to find any restaurant that measures up to the standard set by El Garage, so I’m still searching…

Ordering is easy. They have menus on the wall, tv, and a classic menu. We ordered the quesabirria and a veggie burrito. Very fast service. From order to take out, I was gone in less than 15 minutes. For the vegetarians, the rice is made with chicken broth, the beans are vegetarian.
Made with fresh ingredients, I even had cucumber in my burrito which added a mind blowing crunch to it.
Dine in or take out, cash or card, parking lot, serves breakfast too.

This restaurant is a true gem, not just for its delicious food but for the warmth and hospitality that make you feel like you’re part of their family. I can’t wait to return and savor more of their mouthwatering dishes. The quesabirria super yummy, the red mole is out this world, the guacamole was freshly prepared and it was the best I’ve ever had. This restaurant is an absolute must-visit.

Visited this restaurant for the 1st time and I’m glad we did! We wanted to get carnes en su jugo but didn’t know where to go. Searched in google, found this place and decided to give it a try. The restaurant from outside looks like a fast food restaurant but is not. Customer service is outstanding, the food is delicious, definitely tasted like authentic Mexican food. They also have handmade tortillas!

We called an order in for pickup. When I got there they started to hand me drinks and the food was being wrapped up. So service was fairly quick.
I had the chicken mole burrito. Some moles have too many spices, and some moles have too much chocolate. This one was right in between, and that’s how I like it. I also had the pina agua fresca. It was refreshing , and not too sweet. Just how I like it.
My son had the quesabirra tacos, and a Mexican coke. He orders these from all of restaurants we go to. He said they were his third favorite behind his mom’s and Grandma’s.lol. His mom’s a chef. So they must be pretty good.
My daughter’s had the Asada and El pastor tacos with Horchata. They said the tacos were really good. They said the horchata isn’t as good as they usually have from mom. My wife tried it and said it’s because it’s the mix one, not fresh homemade.
My wife ordered menudo and Tacos. She said the tacos were pretty good. But she hasn’t ate the menudo yet. I’ll try to update about that later.

Recently order food for mother’s day on very short notice from el sabor de Guadalajara. Im very thankful that they where able to accept my order. I had lunch with my wife around a month ago and again the food was delicious didn’t lack the flavors from my first time here the salsa are bomb full of flavor and picante. Love that they packed a little quesabirria oil and kit. Definitely will be coming back.One of the best birrias I’ve taste in the bay. 5 stars because the staff was so honderful helpful and understanding.

El Sabor De Guadalajara has amazing menudo with all the fixins. It has a great surf and turf burrito with carne asada and shrimp. Ice cold beers and freshly made michelada cocktails with shrimp and a tamarind stick. But my favorite thing about this spot is that the service is great and they are very kind and it seems family owned. Come here and have a hot bowl of pools and support these folks!
