I walked up to this subway, and as I opened the door, there was a man yelling and waving Waving his arms at me in front of all the customers. It was quite unnerving. I finally realized she was telling me that my mobility dog could not come in, which is totally against ADA laws. He cannot took my dog out. I finally put it into his yelling and told him that he could not pick my dog out that it was the law and he went into again, no dog, no dog and pointed to the door trying to get them to leave. I was very embarrassed, so I went over to a table and sat down and put my dog in a down stay and waited for my daughter to get there. We were supposed to meet for lunch and I didn’t know where where to go until she got there so that we could have lunch together. This whole scene was totally unnecessary. The police were called even more embarrassment. I’ve never had the police called on me in my life. I will never go back in there again, even though every other subway, I’ve been in have all accepted my dog. Quite frankly, I think old DUDE needs to learn the US laws before he goes dictating.

The customer service is HORRRRIBLE! The lil guy is rude, he don’t greet you and have a major attitude. He’s the lil short guy that’s always there. Lost my business and my family that lives here business. Fix yall attitudes!

I won’t be returning to this Subway with its managing staff. I had a coupon for buy one footlong get one free with a medium drink, and I gave it to the head manager man. He put it in front of the scanner and it beeped 2 times. He then told me that the coupon had already been used. I told him no, because I just got them in the mail and cut it out. And I told him that the machine beeped twice, that’s why it said it was used. Then I asked him that that means I’m going to have to pay full price for both sandwiches? And he said yes, then I told him if I’m going to have to pay for it all I said I’d just get a large drink. (I had already asked if I could upsize the drink and he told me it’d be 2.99 and I told him nevermind). So I just learned my lesson to not going back there ever again. BUT….
The sweet lady that made my sandwiches was so very nice, I think her name was Manesha from her nametag. Many thanks to her but not to the others. This was the Subway in Pine Bluff out in Watson Chapel on Hwy 79.

This is the absolute worst, chintziest subway I’ve ever been to in the over 30 states I’ve been to. Placed an online order for 6 subs for me and my family and not one sub was as ordered, ie: asked for Parmesan xtra but got none at all and this was the case for all the other different subs ordered. If you ask for xtra you won’t get nothing. The garlic roast beef was supposed to have a garlic sauce on it but it didn’t because I ask for extra. Asked for xtra banana peppers and olives and they only put maybe 4 of each on each sub. Save yourself the miserable haste of this place and move on to McDonald’s or something. If the owner of this despicable so called restaurant has a problem with my review he can GFHS!!!! The restaurant is disgustingly dirty as well. Avoid at all costs.

Yall, this beautiful, friendly, funny, hardworking manager lady was the reason we ate here 3 times in our 3 day stay in okc.
Quick witted, efficient, restaurant was clean, veggies and meat were fresh, bread was perfect.
Subway corporate: don’t lose this lady! Give her an the raises because of all my travels, THIS was the best run Subway of them all!!

This local subway never have what you want. This was my second time placing an app order with this particular location. First time, they didn’t have what I ordered but they did call me after I placed the order to let me know they were out. I had to go through corporate to get a refund which I was told that the location should be able to give you a refund. Never happened, so corporate just sent me an
e-gift card. My most recent experience was similar to the first experience, except no phone call. They waited till I got there to tell me they were out of what I ordered. Never again will I patronize with this location. I will add it to the list of places to never visit in Pine Bluff.

Immediately upon walking in, I felt unwelcomed. The 2 women were looking mean and acted as if they didn’t want to take your order. They need customer service training. Horrible customer service. The food was good otherwise.

I don’t have a picture but, when me and my daughter Coco visit. It’s always great and there is a young lady that went to school with coco i can go in without her and she remembers and asks about my daughter. And can recall our sandwiches. She is a brilliant Artist of sandwiches. And its always good.
