Since the new owners have taken over– this place has gone down hill terribly. They do not keep the fresh veggies in stock as well as condiments. The store looks unclean just enough to not look completely filthy but still a film of dusty all about the interior, exterior as well as the workers who are the actual owners whom themselves don’t appear clean. They actually ask “Will you be giving a tip?” each time I have been there. They dont fix the food to the degree of what Subway has been providing for years in the past but sandwiches are sparse on meat, veggies as well as condiments. They are not friendly and I hope they sell their establishment to people who know how to run a true Subway or business. The whole energy about the place is sad, low vibrational and DISGUESTING. Dont believe me? Go see for yourself.

We ordered from this subway the food was subpar best. There was barely anything on our sandwiches. To add insult to injury, there was an item that wasn’t in the bag I called to let them know, and essentially got a bunch of nonsense spewed at us. I would not advise anyone to go to the subway on South drive and if I’m being honest, counterculture taste way better.

Service was bad. They were very slow at making our sandwiches. Me and my family don’t eat at Subway that much and my doesn’t like a lot of things. So, I let the man behind me go first since we didn’t know what we wanted. They didn’t smile at all… They were so slow at making our 2 sandwiches and the man sandwich. It’s not rocket science. It’s not like working at McDonald’s and someone orders 50 double cheeseburger? I think they would have been quicker.

They will always be “out of” at least one ingredient in your order. Bread, cheese, even Dr. Pepper or Coke. At least one every day. The staff are extremely slow despite the load of customers they have. I have had it be just me in the parking lot (no one else inside or in the drive thru) and still waited 30 minutes for one sandwich, including the 20 minutes I spent waiting for someone to answer the speaker after circling twice. I love Subway but this location makes it difficult to put up with.

Lunch rush, and the person making up the sandwich was moving like a sloth. She had no hurry in her body for nothing. She had sandwiches staking up behind her with no concern at all. Took me like 30 minutes to get my one little sandwich. Hope its good.

I generally give places more than one chance. I have given this Subway too many. I’ll never go back. The manager is rude.. acting as if it’s my fault jalapeno was added to my sandwich two times in a row.. even after I specifically asked at the drive thru only for black olives and banana peppers. Because jalapeno was in my sandwich last time.. I made sure to clarify at the drive thru this time.. NO JALAPENO… just black olives.. and banana peppers. As my food was handed to me I again made sure with the cashier ..that it had no jalapeno. Of course when I get home.. its ruined with jalapeno. Half the time I’m told they are out of meatballs… and now when they do have meatballs.. I cant have it my way. The poorest excuse of management I’ve ever seen.
