I bought a Roman burger from your store in Jefferson. It was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had… when I open the wrapper the sandwich was smashed flat . There was hardly any toppings. And it tasted really bad. I threw it away. I did take pictures to show management.

Customer service there is the worst! It is rather unfortunate that the people who work there are so rude, and always. The short lady is so mean every time. I have tried to be nice despite this as the food is pretty good, but it makes no difference. Warning- DO NOT ask for extra ketchup! You will get your face ripped off.

They charged Me $5 for fountain water. I ordered a large Philadelphia chicken without peppers on 1 half. I got no peppers or onions any of the sandwiches. The only reason they get 3 stars is because the food is generally good but if you dislike rebuilding your own sandwich, don’t go here. Meat wasn’t even inside the bun on sub. For 8 bucks and cheap food they should seriously consider hiring cooks that can actually build a sandwich. I would be very disappointed if I had purchased food for someone else made that poorly.

I go to Mr hero’s a lot it’s my favorite food place. And I’ve never had a problem with the service. But when I went in today around 3:40 the lady on register was rude. Before I was even done ordering she told me my total and when I finished my order she was rude. When I went back up to get another thing of fries for someone else she made a nasty comment and said “another one” implying something about my weight then rolled her eyes as she walked away. I’m extremely skinny weighing only 100 pounds. I’m never going back to the one in Jefferson I’d rather go somewhere else. If I could give the service no stars I would.

I usually eat at this establishment a few times a week but after today’s fiasco I will NOT be returning. I pulled in to the parking lot and was getting everyone’s order and another customer took his puppy into the restaurant and not only that but said puppy was placed onto the counter where not only everyone’s order is picked up but also right next to the fryer… needless to say but after having put thousands if not tens of thousands of my hard earned money thru this establishment I will not be returning. Stopped in during a road trip!! The fried pickles and pizza bits are ridiculously good!! The sandwiches are tasty!! Next time I am in town, I know where I am headed!! The fried pickles are some of my favorites!! Pickle still has its crunch and deliciously dilly!!
