The place was super clean and organized and Sheika, I think that’s her name, was super super nice, asked how we were and she was very polite. The sandwiches looked really good! They certainly looked better than I did that day in the gym when my hair was messy and I was pouring sweat and my crush came in and I had ugly shorts on back in 7th grade… Anyway it’s a good place and I recommend it

My friend and I ordered online at the exact same time – my food was ready within 15 minutes. My friend’s took just under an hour. They were busy at first, I respect that. But my friend’s ticket had been tossed aside, and they were calling my friend “entitled” and “rude” for going up and asking after we waited another 10 minutes after receiving my order. We weren’t accusatory, just concerned that their order might’ve been lost, and asking to make sure that it had been received on their end. They then accused my friend of lying that their order even existed, despite them showing their app with their order saying “ready” and the location. Then, they took another 20 minutes to make their order, while multiple people came, ordered, and left with their food. The food was good, but service was just mean for no reason.

First off its 7pm and nothing was refilled on the bar the guy kept telling people they were out of chicken and spinach and the bar was just empty. Cookies was broke and dead looking no fresh at all. I asked about more cookies and he said they were out. Both guys had an attitude just ruined my subway experience.. cooperate you gotta do better.

I went to place an order for two sandwiches. The guy complained about making them. Then when he was making them he put the wrong cheese so I asked if he could start over. He got mad I corrected him. Then at check out he wouldn’t let me leave until I tipped him. He canceled my order 8 times before I agreed to tip him. Then when leaving he wouldn’t hand them to me because you can tell I was clearly aggravated. Horrible experience.

I ordered online and the sandwiches were made sloppily like they were rushed. Cashier/sandwich maker was rude. They also put what ever they wanted ony sandwich. I didn’t want cucumbers or banana peppers or onions on it and they put those items on my sandwich.
