They’re awesome and they have a wonderful choice of healthy sandwiches The staff was nice too, especially Blake. ( I think that’s his name). He was very polite. Also, their roasted chicken sandwich is super good with spinach, lettuce, red onions, pickles, the shredded mixed cheese, mayonnaise and salt and pepper. I get it every time we go, the sandwiches were super good

Employees were great gotta hand it to them I wouldn’t have been so nice if I had been treated like they had been . Two customers came in an started demoting mocking and belittling these ladies and they were doing as they were trained . This woman just short of calling these girls stupid and changing the way subway prepares each sub and getting huffy and impatient with them while the customer was on her phone getting someone else’s sandwich as well . I’m just glad I had stepped out and my husband witnessed this shameful behavior. Because I’m not one to keep my mouth shut. I’m always there for the underdog.

Had to pull off the freeway to change the baby and stopped at this subway. It’s gorgeous. The employees look clean and professional. We ended up just using the restroom. But now I really want to eat here sometime. It’s the nicest, cleanest subway I’ve ever been in. And I’ve been in A LOT of subways.

This is the best Subway I have ever encountered. It is super clean, has polite, friendly employees and is well managed. When you eat your sandwich, the ingredients do not fall all off the bread. I live seven miles away but I’ll pass both Subways in my town to eat there.

Have been having some trouble from this location.. last night was the nail in the coffin for us. On the door and online, closing time is 9:30 pm. We get to the store around 7:50, have our sandwiches made, and then are told that they are not taking the bill we are trying to pay with. (No sign on door saying that only certain bills are being accepted) we have to go to dollar general down the street, to break the bill. We made it back to the store around 8:05, they have shut the store down and locked the door and threw out our sandwiches. The service used to be great, but it has gone downhill. We would rather drive into Ruston than deal with that mess again.

Just ordered 5 foot longs. The first sandwich ordered was made 100% correct, but the other 4 were poorly thrown together, had no sauce, and they did not give us any of the additional things we PAID FOR. These kids do not care about their customers, and it shows. Will never waste my time or money here again.
