When I went for lunch there were 2 workers in there. The female employee acted like she didnt know what she was doing. And I had to repeat myself 4 times. The male employee didnt seem so interested in my order. I used to love this location. But not so much anymore. Oh and the male employee left the store to go to the store and the female employee has just gotten busy.

I used 43$ on subs..1 not toasted Foot long sub( steak& cheese…add extra meat and cheese.. add onion and green peppers..oil&vinegar and sweet onion..

The BLT is some other whatever trash that is…no blt that’s what I do know and not toasted
The chicken bacon ranch….extra bacon…had NO bacon nah..N/A.. when I payed for extra… no cucumber.. again I don’t know what type of trash this sandwich was it wasn’t a chicken bacon ranch..oh not toasted.
The cookies wasn’t cooked all the way..
The steak and cheese wasn’t extra meat or cheese… no onions no pepper… but hey it wasn’t toasted got that part right
Oh and it took over 40 mins at the window for 3 sandwiches…soup and cookies

Great customer service but the sandwich was horrible. I order a 6in cold cut trio on Italian bread. My bread was soooo dried out so bad. I had to pull the top part of the bed off. If I didn’t have an appointment I would have turned around and got a refund.

Me and my sister went through the drive-thru to get a salad WITHOUT onions or peppers, a sub, and two pepsi’s (one regular, one diet). They made the salad wrong, so I asked if they could remake it. When I was eating the remade salad, I noticed that there were still a few peppers and onions. It seems to me as if they just picked out the peppers and onions on the top rather than actually remaking the salad (they also forgot my dressing). My mother pointed out that only picking out the top pieces could prove dangerous if a person had an allergy to peppers/onions. It feels weird that all this location is doing is just picking out the pieces on the top. Another thing: when we asked for pepsi, we specifically said that we only wanted ONE diet pepsi. After we were given our drinks, we noticed that both of them were diet. Overall, it was a mildly unsatisfactory visit.

I was looking for a healthier choice from the average burger , so I decided to stop in at this subway since it’s been over 4 months since I had subway . I get home after working a double and just wanted to eat and go to bed. My favorite bread is the Italian herb and cheese which they were out of. Bummer no big deal I Decided I would have the wheat bread instead . I ordered the six inch turkey and veggies too my liking . I get home start eating and it was absolutely the worst sandwich the wheat bread was extremely doughy it was not even close to being a little done by any means I went back up to the subway which explained to the young lady the issue her responses was I Would have to come back up There in the Morning and talk to the person that bakes the bread. I said um negative ghost rider , I have work and why would I do that anyways ? I said no you can let them know for me . Then I requested a remake. She then shows me the Italian herb and cheese bread in the bread warmer pulls one out and informs me why she stated that they were out of this choice. When I tell you that the bread was so raw it was gross . I’m not sure if this is an ongoing issue at this subway. But someone for sure needs to address the bread baker that day . First impressions are EVERYTHING ! Will definitely not be back . WOW I just read other reviews on the bread issue …. Come on guys . This is just not ok

This store sucks. Didn’t have no sauce on the sweet onion chicken teriyaki. Didn’t have any in the bottle, if you don’t have it you shouldn’t be selling it and the people working there seem totally incompetent. Didn’t have juice box or milk for the people in front of me. No one should go here

Bread was old, definitely not fresh. Out of peppers. Food quality isn’t worth the 22.00. Subway has been going down hill. The most of the sandwiches away. Big waste of money

Loved Amber and her Team very cordial pleasant and willing to help in a very annoying situation that occurred today outside of her control at another store on airline drive! I always love this subway! They take time to make the sandwich from end to end (I’ve had to ask other employees at other subways to stretch the food out so I’m not left with huge bites of bread only on both ends) and are always upbeat and friendly. The restaurant is always clean and everything stocked well. I normally stop here every other Thursday so I’m here a lot and to this date I have zero complaints
