I ordered a tuna salad for lunch. Here are my observations: the lettuce had brown pieces in it; I asked the employee to cut up the tomato slices to which she replied that they don’t cut veggies; after adding my veggie choices, she added 2 small scoops of tuna, then proceeded to mash it into the tomato that I was going to have to cut at home; I was not offered a dressing, was told that they dont have crackers and when I asked for a bag, she was going to give me one of a large to-go order. And after all that, it cost $10.08! I will not be back and I will share this experience with anyone I can.

I eat at various Subways quite often, usually using Doordash. It’s usually good, with problems only occassionally. But yesterday I took a friend to 3635-0 location and was REALLY impressed. Shelly made our sandwhiches and they were great. Plus she was friendly as well as competent. Best Philly cheese I’ve ever had!

Did an online order to use a coupon in the store at 7:45. Didn’t leave until 8:30. They watched me sit in there and wait that whole time and didn’t grab the ticket once and cleared two separate lines that formed before even thinking of the online order. Then they finally grab it and literally I gave word for word instructions and they made both sandwiches completely opposite to what was on the paper. The sandwich was soggy, not even cut and disgusting. The workers were moving in slow motion as if peoples time didn’t matter. This was on 3/6 incase the manager wants to speak with them. The guy seemed stoned and incompetent. In addition they had 2 bread options??? I’ve been here at other times and had a great experience but tonight was rough. I’ll give it 4 stars because of the other times but this individual day was a 1 star for sure.

Ordered online two premium subs
One Philly Cheese and one meatball for curbside pickup ar the 3000 N Market store. The app showed order ready at 6 pm. Arrived at 6:08 and used the I Here icon on App. Two young men were working with walkin customers so I waited about 10 minutes for my order to be brought to my car. Finally called store to see why the delay. I got the impression that they had not even looked at the order by their answer. Five minutes later one of the men came to the car to tell me that they were out of meatballs. We compromised on using chicken in place of meatballs.
They brought the sandwiches out about 5 minutes later and I brought the order home. When I opened the subs the other (Philly cheesesteak) was something I did not recognize and definitely not what I wanted.
At that point I gave up and ate the food.
No apologies from the staff for the delays. Last time I use that location.

No mask, not cleanly, and 2nd time I got food poisoning. Coupons don’t work here. I was ignored until sandwich maker was ready for me. Could have at least asked me to wait a second. And today I found a small blonde hair in sandwich. Sadly this is the last time I’ll ever go there again

Not sure what the service is like. 1 hour before closing, their parking lot was pitch black, all of their outside lights were out, and half the lights of their letters were out. They were open , but it didn’t feel very safe.
