They say they are open to 10 pm on Sunday. Try to go in at 9:10 pm and you get treated very poorly and a lot of cussing under their breath just loud enough to let you know you not welcome there.

The two people working had the customer service of a rock. I figured there would be a little more than just bread and black pepper with being charged $14 for a sandwich. They have it blocked so you can’t see when they make the first half of the sandwich. There were people in front of me in line so when she added black pepper, it was still behind the “shield” thing that blocks you from seeing the meat, so I didn’t know until I got home… RIDICULOUS! Please keep them there subway and Taco Bell please DO NOT hire them! ♂️

I walked in and asked what time they closed annd was told 10. I proceeded to stand at the register 8 mins while the person making the sandwiches Sim stood there directly in front of me and said NOTHING! I finally put my chips away and left. No wonder it’s so dead in there.

After a few rough experiences over the last year. I tried them again the last few months since they’ve come under new owners and management. So much better! Everything is always fresh, in stock and service is great. Ms Lisa is always nice and helpful, as well as the other employees. We will definitely keep returning and happy to have them close by.

You can tell the owner doesn’t care about this place. The employees could care less about service. They are always out of things. It’s not from being busy it’s because they don’t order replacement. Their oven was broken for months.

I was surprised when I went recently. Restaurant was very clean. They had pizza, cookies and all condiments in stock. Usuly out of most. I was then told location had new owners, manager and staff. It was a very pleasant experience.

Employee was not familiar with the menu. I ordered the kids meal, but, only received the minuatire sub. When I inquired about the reat of the meal and pointed it out on the sign, she said she would have to call her coworker to ask. I waited. She simply told me she was sorry, but, she did not think she could offer me anything other than the sub. Disappointed

Whoever rated this place 5 stars must know someone personally. If i knew how, I’d call the health department myself as well as corporate and have them shut this place down. As of today, it will make the THIRD time someone in my family has eaten here and gotten sick. As we speak my mom is puking her guts up. Not to mention the people here treat you like you’ve just done something wrong by walking in the door. NEVER again.
