02-06-2020 Lunchtime. I received subway coupons in the mail, bad idea subway. I’ve been to a lot of your locations using these coupons. While driving through Minden I decided to stop at a Subway for lunch. Everyone at this location was extremely dry, no interaction with the customer and no one appeared to be in a good mood. While purchasing your food if you use a credit card you need to go around to the gas station side to pay for your food because the subway side does not take credit cards. Once again subway does not put much meat on their subs. I got the steak Poboy and it did not taste all that great. The bread also felt extremely crispy around the outsides of the bread. I probably would not stop at this location again. I would go across the street and try Arby’s if passing through this area.

Greeted by a friendly staff FIRST! Made a fresh sandwich on a perfect sub roll. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the work area. The team helped each other. My sandwich looked and tasted amazing! Glad I stopped!

The younger lady was extremely rude!!!! The older lady was nice until the younger lady said something to her and then she was rude!!!! This was my favorite subway to go to by far in Minden, but the attitude is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!

Assistant manager Toya was rude. Very short with answers. Not welcoming nor polite. Had to repeat my order 3 times for her not hearing me due to her talking to someone on her ear bud. Never smiled one time. Very unprofessional!!! Would not recommend eating here if you want a happy experience!

We stopped in on a road trip and this place is great. Friendly service, everything tasted good/just like every other subway. Just smelled like smoke a bit from the casino next door but other than that, no complaints.

Went in to get 2 subs and were told they’re closed. My husband and I were kind of confused walking out thinking how are they closed so soon and there’s a couple sitting there currently eating so I looked online at their hours and we still had 15 mins. With sit down restaurants I can understand refusing service a little before the closing time because the food takes longer and then waiting on the tables would be after closing; but retail stores and fast food, especially one where it’s just sandwiches is not acceptable. There’s a public closing time for a reason. There’s scheduled time after service hours for the employees to clean up and do their end of business day duties so there’s no excuse.

Subway workers are nice and pleasant. Food is healthy and doesn’t cost alot to eat. I give this place a 5/5 stars just that great.
