Literally one of the worst subways in BR! DO NOT order online because they will fix your sandwich any kind of way. When I told the lady that the sandwich was wrong, she refused to fix it until the guy working there told her to. Smh. Ridiculous! Go anywhere but here! And I paid for extra meat but got a regular portion. I can tell because there were 4 slices of bacon on my footlong, which is standard!! Never again!!

Customer be advised! This subway DOES NOT honor Sub club rewards. They will not let you use your discounts and will not let you redeem your 4th footlong for free. If you are a loyal subway customer I’d avoid this location and go to the other locations that will appreciate your loyalty to the franchise.

I just ordered a sandwich online from this store. I got my sandwich and asked for a cup of ice (I had my own cup) they charged a dollar for ice. This is crazy

Horrible service asked the employees to change out gloves due to unsanitary issues. The Indian man and lady got a massive attitude and would refuse to give me a refund. Due to massive coughing and sneezing I didn’t want the sandwich anymore. Refuse to call manager and refuse to even consider giving me a gift card instead of my two sandwiches.

Ordered on app. They fixed wrong sandwich. Did not apologize and didn’t offer anything of courtesy. Remade sandwich and it was horrible! I will not order from this location again!!! Update* Tried them again. Placed order on app, paid on app. Food was not ready upon arrival. They were outside and some were cleaning up. They rushed fixed my food. Did not offer anything of courtesy for the long wait. This subway sucks!
* UPDATE:* Accidentally ordered from here on the app. Called immediately to cancel, the white woman that is very rude there, told me that I couldn’t cancel and she didn’t know how to cancel the order. Mind you, once before there, I paid .50 extra for the bottled drink and she refused to let me get it and said I had to get the fountain drink! However, she finally put one of the managers on the phone and they refunded me instantly! This location has lost a good customer! If any of you order on the app, add the bottle drink option for .50 more and when you go to pick up, if it’s the white woman there, she will not let you get your bottle drink, she’ll hand you the cup! She needs to be fired or retrained thoroughly!
