I’m pretty confident about what I say and want. It’s just food but whatever. I just don’t like the soggy fries. Then I came back to buy more and replace my drink with easy ice. But only got the fries after waiting in the online order parking spot. No drink. At least I got fries though. It’s no big deal tho

Came to this location this evening and originally didn’t care about being charged for “extra canes sauce” when the girl asked me if I “wanted canes sauce” and I responded yes, confused because in the past I have never been asked and I thought it came with the meal. When I got to the window to pay, she also didn’t say anything about “extra” sauce and then found out at the second window from a nice gentleman who offered to get a manager and correct it. We didn’t want to hold up the line so we passed on the offer not knowing at the time we were going home to soggy, nasty, undercooked fries, 2 1/2 pieces of a three piece combo and watery lemonade. Complete waste of time and money. Last time we came to this location, we also received watery lemonade and mediocre food but figured we give them the benefit of the doubt. Gross.

I had another great experience at Raising Cane’s! The food was fresh, hot, and came out fast just like always. The staff was friendly and on point, but JUJU really stood out — she’s amazing. She not only remembered me from a previous visit but also asked how my wife was doing, which honestly meant a lot. That kind of kindness and attention makes a simple meal feel personal. It’s rare to find service like that anymore. Definitely five stars all around!

Excellent service at this location! Very friendly. Offered swaps on sides and asked us if we wanted refills on our lemonade at no extra charge. Offered to remake an order for the group in front of us because the group was picking up their food late, and it had got cold. Food is delicious, as always, hits the spot!

First time visiting. Went on a Wednesday morning around 11am. Pretty busy but I got my food within 6-7 minutes of ordering. I’ve never been to raising cane’s so I played it safe & ordered the kids chicken tenders. Sooo yummy! I don’t know what the sauce that comes for dipping is called but it was really good. I highly recommend.

Slow at night but still good food. Also the 2nd reason behind Dominos why Marines fail height and weight.

One of the more popular fast-food chains on Camp Pendleton and one of my personal favorites! Brings the consistent quality and customer service you’d expect out of almost any Cane’s. It does get busy quite often

Not the first time they’ve forgotten stuff. $15 you probably shouldn’t forget my extra piece of toast and sauce

This is a fairly new Cane’s establishment in the city of Perris. So everything was in great order. I was impressed with the large parking lot which makes it very convenient to park and dine in. Cane’s is on their game!

I really like this location. They move efficiently, communicate with each other, and get orders out quickly.
The food tastes great; it is never cold or burned. And the ice tea is never spoiled.
This place is always clean, the napkins and ketchup are always full. The one thing I like but could be adjusted slightly is the music… It is pretty loud. The music is great, but everyone is talking loudly just to have a conversation.
