Girl that took our order looks like she rather be anywhere else but here. The other girl working is in flip flops. That’s against health code all together. Phone was ringing the entire time we were eating and neither one of them cared to answer it and I can hear them talking in the back. I see why the door says help wanted because these two girls ain’t it. If you don’t like the public then you shouldn’t work in fast food.

Just moved to the area from out of state. Ordered online and had an issue with internet.. The young lady was nice and pleasant and let me know my order had gone through. She was pleasant at pick up as well. My issue is with the ”sandwich artist” that was working this evening. I’m not sure if he owns the place or what however what I asked for I didn’t receive. I ordered the my sub with extra lettuce, extra jalapeño and extra banana pepper. It wasn’t even close to being normal servings if you ask me. I can only assume he wants to save product to help with food cost. At any event, I didn’t receive what I asked for and thus me only eating half of my sandwich. When I get the urge for subway again I’ll just drive the extra 8 mins up to Walker. *side note* I’m not trying to be malicious in anyway. I have worked professionally in food service for over 20 years. I also tipped the sandwich artist prior to my arrival because we work in a thankless profession and I strive to make people feel appreciated. I guess it didn’t work this time.

They’re extremely skimpy with the ingredients. I get there are financial incentives to add less, but all that does is make me leas likely to go there in the future. The inside is at least clean and organized.

They barely put veggies on my veggie delight and put bacon on a sandwich I asked multiple times for them to take off. Had to ask for a separate cup of lettuce just to actually have something on this sandwich. Pretty disappointed.

Used the app to place a curbside order for two subs, two cookies, and a pretzel. I live right down the road so my fiancé drove me there in my pjs and sock feet as it supposed to be a quick trip. They bring out a bag and say everything is there and run off. I check the bag and see there are only two subs. There was a drive thru window so we try to use it to get the rest of the order but they ignored the window. I had to go inside the dining area and was rather embarrassed to do so because of my informal attire. I show them the receipt for what I ordered, they glance at it, put some things in a bag and said here ya go. I get to the car and the bag just has the two cookies, no pretzel or sauce and the two cookies aren’t the ones I had ordered. Now my fiancé is mad and decides she’s going to take over from here and goes back to the drive thru window and honks to get them to come. They ask for my receipt again and eventually hand us the pretzel. No sauce, no apologies for the trouble, no cookie replacement or anything of that nature. I’m just done at this point so we head home to eat two sandwiches that turned out to also be wrong.

This Subway has always been reliable for me. The food is consistently good, and fresh. The service has been small town style, and nice. They also honor coupons, which I know cuts into their profits, but with the reputation they have, they work hard to maintain.

Just moved back & hoping this place hasnt gone downhill. I placed an order for 7 sandwiches through their app. It was supposed to be rdy at 1:10. There was 1 car in drive thru…so they weren’t exactly slammed.
I pulled into the curbside spot & noone came out. After awhile I went through drive thru & they took forever w/the 1 truck. After waiting 10 mins, I parked & went in. It was 1:20 & they JUST started the order.
I went got gas & returned at 1:40 through drive thru so I didnt inconvenience them. The girl gave my bag w/o a so much of ‘We’re sorry’. Not sure they cared here.

We made an order on their app, and we there right after sending in the order. It’s a very small store, and turns out there was only one lady working. It was raining that day, do we went through the drive thru. She was a little behind due to being alone, but she was pleasant and our food was perfect.

I checked the Subway app and it stated this location accepted ALL coupons. Got ready to use the BOGO free and was told they didn’t accept it. Went out to my car and got the 2 for $12.99 and was told I could only choose from the Build Your Own Sub menu and nothing else. Never in all my years of dining at any Subway have I had an experience like this. And I worked atvone years ago. I don’t know if it was because I’m black and this area is known for racism and prejudice or what, but I will never go back. Went somewhere else and gave another business $40 + a tip.
