I have finally decided to leave a review for this location after multiple times of being denied service during “open” hours. Yesterday evening around 8:40, we stopped in to pick up dinner. With the open sign on, a worker told us, “Sorry we’ve already picked everything up. We’re closed.” If subway was an involved restaurant, requiring a significant amount of cooking or dishes, I might understand. But a subway sandwich makes very few dishes and would have taken maybe 5 to serve customers, especially when you’re still open. If you’re going to close at 8:30, just change the Google listing and be done with it.

The staff members were courteous and apologized for the wait when it was the lunch rush. I can’t blame them, I got there at 11:30, but their friendliness and professionalism about being very busy was well above par. Atmosphere I can’t say is perfect, it’s a gas station. For what it is, it’s still a nice place to get a great sandwich from good people.

Sometimes you just got to eat, now where else can you get a great big sandwich at a fair price and most Subways that I have been to have made it a point to make a better presentation to the customers. Including the quality of vegetables the politeness of the crew and keeping the stores inside and out much cleaner. It’s good to see franchises re-establishing themselves that’s better than when they came out to begin with

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Waited for 15 mins while they handled drive through only with a line going through the gas station. They then set my sandwich on the line and and continued to start more sandwiches while mine sat and got cold. Finally got my stuff finished and they acted like I couldn’t get my money out fast enough.
